Ok positive and negative. Positive first. Hotel is nice and convenient to Patrika Gate. The lobby and dining area are clean and comfortable. The room was quiet and appointed nice enough. The bed slept comfortable which is important to me. Breakfast was tasty and they even make omelets and half fry (over easy). Now the negative. There was only one point to the negative and it happened the 2nd night. There were tiny ants that got into the room. They went after a package of fruit cake that I had sitting there. That in itself wasn’t that big of a deal. However when I left the hotel I noticed that my hands had several bites. So if they treat for the insect problem I’d put the rating at 5 stars. Otherwise just 4

Amazing stay at Royal Lakshmi (Laxmi) Palace Jaipur. We stayed here for one night since Marriott was all booked. To my surprise, this property went above and beyond on a customer service. Starting with Checkin, when we arrived, rooms were already ready to check in took less than 3 mins for them to verify /scan IDs and give us keys to the room. They delivered all our luggage to the room with no issues in matter of minutes. Rooms are brand new and updated with all latest tech. Room, bedding and bathroom are very clean. We are traveling from USA so our first preference is always Marriott but trust me, they are very similar to Marriott courtyard, four points like properties but at the half the cost. Location is very close to airport. Make sure to add Breakfast while booking since it’s totally worth it. Owner of the place also went above and beyond to drop us at the airport when our XL Uber did not show up on time and we had to book a smaller Uber car but all our luggage and members did not fit in the Uber. Special thank you to the owner for making our stay memorable.
