The staff was amazing and helped with so many details: rides, contacting excursion companies, nearby resturants, sewing kit, everything! The room, restaurants, pool was very clean. The service was great. Loved it so much.

The location convenient. Has private beach. But they don’t have any beach chairs. The pools were good. There was no coffee in the room. Although there were cups. The food and ever was super pricy. Casino is good, but if you are not into casino, then it’s not worth staying here.

The food that restaurant next to the pool is better than the restaurants inside. The customer service wasn’t that great at the restaurants. We had to ask 4 times for our check and when we received it there were 2 items that didn’t belong to us. Everything is extremely expensive and the quality of food is good. The rooms were beautiful and clean and that staff was great.

The room and the staff at Crocs were excellent. The rooms were clean when we arrived and the balcony was spacious and was true beachfront/ocean front. Food was great and would recommend this place to everyone.

First I get there and they say I can only have one room key and if I lose it I have to pay for a new one. Then I get in the room and their towels are paper thin, there was a place for a table to sit and eat but it had been removed. Staff was not friendly or pleasant, I did not feel welcomed. They were awkward and made me feel uncomfortable.
