First time at Sand Dollar Villas

We have vacationed at Amelia Island on several occasions. This was our first stay and Sand Dollar Villas. The unit was just as advertised. It was cute and clean. The pool area was wonderful. The people were very friendly. I have been spoiled on previous trips with an oceanfront balcony. We just had a side view of the ocean from this balcony. It was still a super comfortable place to stay. We would recommend it to others traveling to Amelia Island.

Relaxing

The pictures actually look like the place! It was cute, clean and all we needed for a 4 day weekend. Well appointed all the way down to the black makeup wash cloths! Door code was easy and always worked. The complex was peaceful and quiet for the most part. We would book the same place again.

No more hotels at Amelia Island! This condo is perfect!

So happy we found your condo after years of staying at hotels off the beach on AI. The location was perfect. Great ocean views from the main bedroom(watched sunrise from bed) and balcony. Condo was well stocked with everything! Just steps from parking to elevator and an easy walk to beach which was important for me! Thank you Matt & Jenny for everything and would love to stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

I recently rented this condo for a short stay while visiting Florida with my mom for a surprise, baby shower for my daughter. On our way there, I thought it would be nice to stop for a couple of days and let her dip her feet in the sand. I found this rental on Vrbo, and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, everything was flawless. I think my mom now loves Amelia Island as much as I do❤️ The check-in process was seamless, and as soon as we entered the condo, we were blown away by how bright, clean, and inviting it was. The view of the ocean was absolutely perfect — exactly what we needed to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Florida. To top it off, we were welcomed with a bottle of wine, a thoughtful gesture to help us celebrate the exciting news of a new addition to our family. This place exceeded all expectations, and it’s clear that the owners take great care in making sure guests have a top-notch experience. I’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable getaway. Looking forward to returning again and again!

We were here for a long weekend with my wife and little girls. The place was charming. My wife loved the updated decor. The place had all the amenities. Everything thought out to make our expereince enjoyable. We would recommend to friends and family .

Great location on the beach and good amenities

The condo was clean and decorated well. It had everything we needed with easy parking. It's nice having the boardwalk to the beach and then a shower and pool before you head back up to the condo. No issues with noise and everything was as advertised. This is our second time staying at this location. We live in the area and have had "staycations" there a couple of times and will stay there again in the future.

We planned a small sisters getaway with our kids and this was the perfect place! It was close to places to eat, view of the beach, a clean pool and on the beach! It was perfect! The beach had some shark teeth for those who like to hunt for them, plenty of room and not overly crowded. Our accommodations were very clean and well taken care of! I would highly recommend!

Sand Dollar Villas

We spent 3 nights at the Sand Dollar and enjoyed everything about it. The unit had everything needed for our visit and was nice and clean upon our arrival. It is right on the beach, so we spent a lot of time there. And it was just a short drive to the charming town where there plenty of shops and restaraunts. We would not hesitate to stay here again on future trips to the area.

Great location, needs furniture update

Overall, less than average comfort - one bed was a full and advertised as a queen and had a bad mattress, living room chair was broken, couch uncomfortable. Disappointed for the price.
