The Pelican is a condo with panoramic view of the ocean. Grab a highchair on the balcony to enjoy the breeze, the view, and the best vantage point in the building. With a new kitchen, 2 modern baths, comfortable beds, a TV in each bedroom, a large TV and air hockey table in the living room, the Pelican is for the lover of beautiful and elegant accommodations at an affordable price. With 6 in beds, an extra sleeper sofa, the Pelican is a compelling vacation package.

The Pelican is the gem in our condominium complex, which offers a heated swimming pool and secure access to the beach. This condo was renovated in early 2024. It is warm, cozy and elegant by design. Exactly what a family or a group of friends would want to enjoy a great beach vacation.

There's no great vacation without great meals and the choice of enjoying them wherever you feel like. To this end, you can have your meals either at the kitchen bar, which provides seating for 4, or the formal dining table with seating for 6 (and up to 8), or the highchairs and bar-table set of the balcony. Wherever you choose to sit, you'll be able to invite the ocean views to the party as well.

After a few hours of fun at the beach, resting is a must. This is also where we come in with our entertainment package, which includes games, TVs, and digital air hockey table. In addition, we offer modern and elegant showers and comfortable hotel-grade bedding.

We hope you are impressed with our accommodations, which have become trailblazers in Amelia Island. (Please, see our condos down the street: the Seagull, the Mermaid, and the Blue Reef at Auberge d'Amelia.)

Guests have access to the entire condo except for one owner's closet.

We use Airbnb email, but we require that that you leave us your cell phone # to reach you quicker in case of an emergency. Likewise, keep our cell phone # handy to reach us 24/7.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Change of towels is available on request.

The condo was lovely. We had everything we needed. The views of the beach were great. Loved the deck furniture and would have been out there more if not for the cold spell. I would come back here for sure.
