Lazy Turtle VACA 1st Floor Rental - Amelia Island....2nd Fl is Lazy Turtle Too

Life is better at the beach! Relax and rejuvenate in our 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. Retreat to the master with king bed, smart TV and a private bath (large shower), while guests stay in the guest BR (utilizing the full guest bathroom with tub/shower). We are located in a very quiet and secluded setting under the oak trees at the back of the resort complex. Our 1,100 square foot, first floor condo has a large kitchen/living space, luxury vinyl plank floors, and a cozy feeling with even an e- fireplace! There is NO ELEVATOR and you must be able to navigate a few stairs to access our condo. Come enjoy the beach!

*Guest bedroom can be converted from 2 twins to short king

NOTE WORTHY:

*Approximately 10 minute walk from the condo to the Sadler Road public beach access (& only 0.2 miles to Beach Access 24). This Sadler Road access is one of the best on the beach with public restrooms, picnic tables, a foot washing station, a beach-front restaurant (i.e. Sliders), and plenty of parking if you choose to drive rather than walk to the beach.

*Approximately 30-40 minutes to JAX International Airport.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

The location is fabulous- close to the beach and all attractions, yet is setback and overlooks a lovely woodys area giving the feeling of an oasis while sitting on the deck. The home is what you see on the listing and more. The owners are attentive to small details and take pride in their home. We had a great stay and would come back again for sure! The TV was extraordinarily difficult to use and the channel offerings were far too limited. I had to watch the NFL playoff game on my laptop.It would also be helpful to stock the house with a corkscrew.The house was neat and clean.
