This is the third unit we've rented in Forest Ridge and by far the best-equipped. It was very clean and everything was in working order. We enjoyed the location, near the entrance to the community, and the first-floor one-story configuration, and the relative privacy of the outdoor deck. The host was very accommodating and responded promptly to our inquiries. We like Forest Ridge because of its mid-island location, convenient to everything and one block from the beach. It seems increasingly to be predominantly a rental community but it's quiet, at least in February.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect — just a short block from the beach. We loved being able to walk over to collect seashells while the kids splashed and played in the water. Communication with Brenda was excellent and very reassuring, especially when we thought we were lost on our way in.If you’re looking for a great place to stay near the beach in Fernandina, this VRBO is a fantastic choice. We rented this unit for six of our adult kids & significant others/friends. The decorations was very beachy, had all of the sheets, towels, and kitchen items that visitors would need. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. I highly recommend this for your family outing to Amelia Island!

My husband and I spent a week at this condo. It was exactly as the listing said. Very clean. Nice pool. People in the complex were friendly. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool. The parking was great , we had a designated space and there were plenty of visitor spots. An easy block and a half walk to the beach. Lot’s of restaurants close by.

The condo is very well situated, near shopping and an easy walk to the beach. It is located in a private, quiet neighborhood that offers its own tennis courts and pool. Beautifully furnished and equipped with anything you need. Loved it!
