Sleeping arrangements
Up to 8 guests can spread out across 2 bedrooms and 3 beds, supported by 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom includes two full-size beds and its own balcony access with beach views, offering a flexible setup for families or groups.

Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen provides space to prepare meals at your own pace, with full-size appliances and a dining table nearby for gathering. Whether you’re sharing meals, planning the day ahead, or setting up your laptop, the dining area naturally brings everyone together.

The condo includes a washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, and bed linens to support a comfortable stay. Safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. A private entrance adds convenience, while free parking on premises and garage parking for 2 vehicles make arrival and daily outings simple.

Set in Ponte Vedra Beach, this oceanfront condo places you right by the shoreline in a quieter coastal setting. Guests also have access to a community pool, offering another outdoor space to relax during your stay.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private membership club for residents only. Memberships do not extend to guests staying at rental properties.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
