Isla's Beach Oasis features two inviting living areas, complete with a pull-out sofa bed, ensuring ample space for both children and adults to unwind. Beautiful home, super clean, nice amenities. Had everything we needed plus more. Two huge common areas, the garage has a ping pong table and plenty of beach gear. The hosts were super receptive and so so nice. But the highlight, THE POOL. Wow just wow. It was heated and so big. Also outside were plenty of lounge chairs, a table with TV for watching some football, bags, fire pit. Highly recommend! We’ll be back!

The home was warm and cozy with an amazing pool and backyard! Very clean home and in a quiet neighborhood which we loved. The house is located in a great location. 5 minute drive to JAX Beach, restaurants, shopping and an hour north on A1A to Amelia Island then a hour south on A1A to St Augustine. We enjoyed our stay and would come back. The management company Welcome Home made everything easy with check in and check out.

Family vacation

This rental was all that our family could’ve hoped for. The backyard was so amazing and the pictures did not do the inside justice. The host has thought of the everything! There were numerous pool/beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, wagon, as well as a kitchen that had much more than most rentals (including Kcups, baggies, olive oil, and so much more). We loved the trip and would definitely stay again!

Our family of four enjoyed our stay. The backyard is great for hanging out. It’s a short drive to the beach, which we also enjoyed. It has a comfortable living room area for relaxing indoors. We were attending an event at University of North Florida and it was an easy 15 minute drive to the stadium.

Extraordinary Property

Location convenient & quiet. We loved the layout / was perfect for our 2 families. The rental is not only beautifully appointed but comfortable as well, tho a few complained mattresses harder than preferred. Plenty of entertainment as shown in pix. Pools were wonderful but be sure to clean out drain yraps - full of pine straw & debris due to recent storm. We hosted daughters’ wedding around the pool area & there was plenty of room to set up a small reception on the back porch. Negative is - place is so nice, it’s not easy to leave!! Hosts were awesome w communication as well. If scoring was 1-10, we’d give it a 21!!!

Great stay in Jacksonville!

Property management was extremely responsive and very friendly! The location is perfect! Water park and mini golf with a two minute drive. Excellent food very close. The house is beautiful and the backyard is a little bit of paradise. Loved this booking and highly recommend!

Oasis blocks from the beach!

Beautiful property - perfectly situated a few blocks from Jax/Neptune Beach. I highly suggest renting a golf cart as it made it a "breeze" to get to the ocean. If the ocean isn't for you, the pool is amazing, it is nicely secluded and the two interior umbrellas makes sure you have some shade. The fire pit is perfect for late night convos and the ample seating makes sure that everyone is comfortable. The exterior cabana with TV made it so lovely to sit and listen to music/watch TV while swimming or relaxing. There were so many "starter" toiletries which made it awesome to get situated before we could get to the nearby grocery store. It is well decorated but not obnoxiously so when you arrive you have plenty of counter tops and spaces to unpack. The double kitchen pantry was AMAZING to have so much room! We had a great time! The kids / dogs loved it and we highly recommend this property!

Overall, everything was great. Property was as advertised and we were happy to find a lot of nice touches and attention to detail that made the rental experience that much better. Kitchen flatware and appliances were all nice and in good shape. Having both cable and smart TVs in all places AND OUTSIDE was a GREAT PLUS! Only mild headache was that the garage was likely inhabited by pets/cats at one point in time, and it smelled as such, but house was fine so this didn't really set us back at all other than use of ping pong table. We would highly recommend as this property was well above average.
