This home is in the perfect location, minutes to the ocean, restaurants, Mayo Clinic and more! It is equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation. Your stay includes a fully stocked kitchen, pool table, ping pong table, dart board, Smart TVs, a beautiful pool with set up with lounge chairs, outdoor dining, beach chairs, beach towels, and a charcoal grill.



The Space:

Perfect place for a coastal get away. You will have a beautifully maintained pool surrounded with lounge chairs, and an outdoor dining set. The Pool table, ping pong( in the garage now) table and dart board are perfect for trips with the whole family. The kitchen is complete with appliances, cooking ware, dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home! You will have beach chairs and beach towels to enjoy by the pool or take to the beach!

There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots.

The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry pods for your use.

Getting Around:

There is a park within a 1 mile walk away with a turf field, tennis courts, beach volleyball courts and a playground! If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life Rentals. They will bring them right to you!

We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches!

Misleading

The description of home said it was updated. It was not. The kitchen was very outdated and not well stocked. The plumbing was horrible. When you flushed the toilet it spit stuff back at you. There was only Luke warm water for showering. The master bath was so outdated and small. You had a hard time getting into the shower and toilet area and closing the door. The grounds were not well kept. There was nothing that welcomed you to the property

Misleading and disappointing

The property description of being updated is inaccurate. A few things were updated but most the the property needs a lot of work. The kitchen was not "fully stocked", the master bath was so small, almost unusable. The ice maker didn't work, the garage was filthy, lights over the sink in kitchen and laundry needed replacement, no pot holders, lots of debris in yard and even WORSE was lots of big pieces of broken glass in the backyard. When reported to manager, they didn't even come to the house to check it out. This house COULD be nice, but it has a long way to go and the description on the website is misleading!

Great little house

We came down to Florida with Grandma, Great Aunt and Great Uncle for our son’s surprise beach proposal to his girlfriend. They came to the house after for dinner. The house was so clean and all the bedding and kitchen supplies were nice and new! We enjoyed playing some ping pong. Too chilly to swim but we were able to relax by the pool as well. The patio lights and table gave us a great place to sit and celebrate with the kids. We made sure we ended at 10 pm and headed off to the comfy beds. There is plenty of shopping near by and only minutes to drive to the beach. Check in and out was easy.
