Our Sand Castle at Jax Beach! Beach Front!

Parking: One designated spot inside the garage; one designated spot in the outside parking lot.
Access: This third floor condo is accessible by elevator or stairs from inside the parking garage. Remote for the parking garage is located in the kitchen on the counter.
Accommodations: King-sized beds in each bedroom. MBR has an ensuite bath. The guest bedroom uses the bathroom in the hall adjacent.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes, glassware, bake ware, utensils, coffee pot (drip), etc...

Please note: This is a "no smoking of any kind" property. Also, the newly redone pool is now open!

The kitchen, dining area, and living room all have a streamlined view of the Ocean! Although the best seat in the house is out on the expansive balcony. Grab yourself a drink and don't forget your binoculars so you can watch the dolphins and the occasional whale slipping gracefully through the teal blue waters of the Atlantic!

FAST Internet and ROKU plus cable TV too!
Beach towels are available for use. Please, do not use any of our blankets for the beach. The outdoor shower is located by the pool and available for you to rinse off the salt and sand after playing on the beach or in the surf.
Pack light because there's a washer and dryer in the condo for you to use.

We just loved it! The view was spectacular. The waves crashing on the beach, the ocean breeze, sunrise, the moon at night. The condo had every thing we needed, even beach towels and chairs. And very clean .
