Oceanfront | Updated 4th Floor Amelia South Condo

****VERY IMPORTANT – Exterior Building Improvements- The Amelia South Condominium Association has scheduled exterior construction on the opposite half of the building from this unit from November 6, 2026 through February 5, 2027 (weather and construction schedules may extend this timeline). Please note that the contractor may begin work earlier than November 6 if progress on the first phase moves ahead of schedule. While work is not currently planned directly outside this unit, guests should expect construction-related noise, dust, workers, and equipment on the property. The project will include the use of smaller jackhammers and other construction equipment. The level of noise and disruption is difficult to predict and may vary from day to day. Rates have been adjusted accordingly during this period.
