Ocean view from the master bedroom and living room with a spacious balcony large enough for dining. 2 bedrooms; one with a king bed, and 2 twins in the second. There are 2 full bathrooms with a tub/shower combination in both. Free internet and cable television are provided and bed and bath linens. This unit has tile in the kitchen and living room areas with carpet floors in the bedrooms, and a washer and dryer, with a fully equipped kitchen. This complex has its own private walkway to the beach. There is a pool for your enjoyment.

ONLY ONE ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE. THERE ARE NO GUESTS PARKING SPACES.
NO LARGE VEHICLES, BOATS, TRAILERS OR COMMERCIAL VEHICLES, NO PETS, GRILLING OR SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.

The unit was just what we needed. The porch was so pleasant - and the ceiling fan out there helped so much. There is only one parking spot which is hard - but the rental company let us park at their facility.

Good stay but areas that need attention: Carpeting a bit worn. Dryer makes loud squeaking noise. K cup brewer instead of 12 cup brewer.
