Mitchell and Teresa were terrific hosts. They were in touch several times to make sure we had what we needed. The condo was spotlessly clean and well stocked. There were many thoughtful extras. The screened porch is a big plus though it was a bit cool during our stay. The view of the foliage is really nice. The location is great, easy walk to the beach and short drive to Fernandina Beach where there are many good restaurants.We highly recommend the condo and hope to come again.

We have stayed in several different buildings and units in the Amelia Landings complex over the past 10 years. This one was by far the best! Nicely decorated, comfortably furnished and equipped with everything we might need. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. It was a very pleasant experience overall.

I loved the convenience of the property and proximity to the beach and really decent restaurants. Also, Mitch and Teresa provided access to the equipment needed to use the amenities and thought of so many touches that helped make it an easy and relaxing yet fun trip for both me and my husband. I would do it again in a heartbeat!

This condo is absolutely perfect. My sister was celebrating her 70th birthday, and we had a great time on Amelia Island. Condo was very clean and felt like home. The owners are very nice and very responsive. Can’t go wrong renting this gem!

Graduation Weekend

We were in town for our nephew’s high school graduation (in Jacksonville). The location of the condo was perfect!l. Easy 45 minute drive to Jacksonville, less than 10 minute drive to downtown shops/restaurants. We were able to walk to the beach, enjoyed the breakfast view of the beach at Tortuga Jacks. The pictures of the beautifully decorated condo were spot on and they even provided night lights!!!! The only negative was the loud people upstairs but that’s the chance you take when you’re not on the top floor. I wouldn’t let that stop me from staying in this condo again. The screened in porch (with ceilings fans and cute lighting) was the best!!! Can’t go wrong staying here!

Amelia Landings is Excellent

Property is lovely, clean, comfortable and very convenient to everything and everywhere. Annually attend The Shrimp Festival and usually book Amelia Landings. This property is the BEST ! Decor perfectly coordinated, porch is a bonus, and parking is without issues. Communication from booking to departure was helpful as was the book of information. Thanks for providing a lovely property. Would return.

This condo was exceptionally clean and well appointed. It had EVERYTHING you might need including childcare items like a pack and play, booster seat and cabinet locks. The screened in deck was quite large and a nice spot to sit and relax. The location is walkable to the beach or a 3 minute car ride. Speaking of the beach, there are chairs and other beach essentials available at the condo as well. I can’t think of anything I didn’t love about this place!!

Great condo had all the little things

Perfect size condo, cute beach decor, nice sized porch overlooking the lagoon. We're we're able to use the footpath to the public beach access. The pool was a nice size and we used it almost every day. The condo had comfortable beds, swim and beach supplies, and the little things like washing machine/dish pods, night lights, and k-cups. The owners were helpful and responsive.

Memorial Day week

This property is immaculate! It has a wonderful screened porch overlooking a wooded pond, brand new appliances including a great washer and dryer, comfortable beds and new tvs were in every room. WiFi was great! The owners thought of every detail. The kitchen was very well equipped. It is a short 10 minute walk to the beach, with parking also available at the beach park when available. We were able to drive down and drop our beach items, then walk the short distance back when we couldn’t find parking (Memorial Day weekend), but we did find parking 4 of the 6 days before the weekend. It’s 2-3 miles to downtown Fernandina and great restaurants with a couple of good restaurants within 1/2 mi. We had a great place to stay and spend the week.!

Amazing stay!

Our stay here was one of the best experiences we've had with VRBO. Immaculate and beautifully decorated, this condo was super cozy and equipped with everything we needed for our beach getaway. The owner's hospitality shone through in every space and also in their prompt and kind communication. We will definitely return in the future!

Beautiful condo close to the beach. Spotless and tastefully decorated. Fully stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and has plenty of places to walk. The area has good restaurants and an excellent ice cream shop nearby. Will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

One month getaway Amelia Island

The property was exactly as pictured on the website. Very clean and good location to walk to the beach and restaurants. We had a few couples come and stay with us and enjoyed having two separate suites for privacy. The kitchen is very well equipped and full size w/d in unit. It’s a five minute drive to downtown and waterfront. The TV is Utube so you can add your own personal apps. Did not use the pool (not heated) or tennis courts. Unit has a beautiful outdoor screened porch but too chilly to use during our stay. We would return again in warmer weather!
