Great stay. Hosts were responsive. The house is simple but comfortable. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, and safe; far enough off the beaten path to miss the hustle and bustle of a popular beach town. The house is located near restaurants. The pool is great and well care for. The neighborhood is nice for walking pets. Smiling interactions with the neighbors.

Perfect house

Just an all around great experience. Great communication and the house was in a beautiful neighborhood. Kids loved the pool and we were only minutes from the beach. 10 stars!

Cute cottage with heated pool

My family stayed for a few days in April and enjoyed the heated pool. The pool was clean and warm and big enough for my girls to have a blast swimming for the week.

Excellent Stay

Property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. The location was perfect. Close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, Target, and Publix. St Augustine is only 45 minutes away and well worth the drive. We were in town for a visit to the Mayo Clinic which was a quick and easy 10-15 minute drive. Check-in was seamless. The host communicated to ensure everything was fine. We had absolutely no issues. The heated pool was nice especially since it turned a bit cold during the week.As a person sensitive to smells, I appreciated how incredibly clean the property was without the lingering smell of cleaning products. Also, as a former Floridian, I was amazed at no musty smells anywhere, not even in the garage.Overall, great stay! Best VRBO experience. We hope this property is available for our next visit to Mayo.

Mayo Clinic visit

This property is close in proximity to the Clinic which made it very helpful as I had many appointments throughout the day. The home was comfortable and clean. The host was readily available with any questions and was able to Approve our request to check in a bit earlier.

We loved our stay at this home. It was on a dead end street in a quaint, well kept, quiet, update neighborhood. It was clean! The whole house was perfect. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Modern kitchen that was well stocked. Beautiful private pool. We had Mayo Clinic appointment and this couldn’t have been located better. On the city lines between Jacksonville Beach and Ponta Vedra. It was just blocks from the beach and very close to the 202. Mayo was just off 202 about 8 mins away. I would highly recommend this rental. Very good communication with owners too.

Great neighborhood home

We had a great stay at the sunshine cottage. The location was perfect for us, the neighborhood was quite and in a safe location. Very close to the Publix, skate park/ play ground. We rode our bikes to the beach down 37th several times. There is minimal on street parking here. We also Drove 15 min to Jax beach and Neptune beach. The home was clean and well stocked with kitchen items for cooking, we made many meals here. The beds were comfortable and had spare bedding and towels available. We really appreciated the spare household products. We really enjoyed the pool, the water was warm and clean. The hosts were readily available if needed. I would bring pool toys and beach chairs/ umbrella if you are traveling with kids. Overall a wonderful stay! Would return!

Great location!

We loved our stay! The house was the perfect size for us and close to shops, restaurants, etc. The pool was awesome since it was heated which we really appreciated! Beds and pillows were so comfortable that we checked the brand so we can buy the same kind in the future. Overall excellent rental

Loved our short stay

Very nice set-up. House is much bigger than expected, especially when you pull up into the driveway, Lol. Spacious rooms and a beautiful backyard. Our familys only complaint was they wiahed we stayed longer. Thank you for all your help Coco!

Perfect House in Awesome Location

Our family is actually local to Jacksonville but our AC went out so we decided to make the best of it! We stayed for 5 nights and it was perfect. House was super clean, beds were comfy and all rooms included a smart tv so you can stream all your favorite shows! The pool was perfect, we ate dinner outside most nights! Great location just minutes from the beach and great dining! Definitely a perfect house for large families!

Very pleasant!

Property well taken care of and as pictured. Very clean. Host very responsive. Neighborhood was quiet and convenient location. Would definitely stay again if needed (friends live close by so stayed here to be in walking distance with infant etc). Beach definitely walkable/rideable if desired!

Long Weekend with Family

Was there for a doctors appt and made it a long weekend with family. The home was exactly as it is on the website. Very dog friendly, with a fenced backyard. Check-in process was super easy. The home is super clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Property!

What a wonderful experience! Great communication with the owners. Had a few hiccups but all were taken care of pomptly. Pool was amazing! Great location, it is easy to get to A1a. Lots of great local dining. When we book our next trip to Jax Beach, we will definitely book here again!
