I love this place! Its elegant simplicity with everything one needs and literally steps from private beach access. Come to the ocean and bask in the sun on endless sandy beaches. Enjoy our stunning studio condominium, located within the gated community of Sawgrass Country Club at the Beach Club Villas.
Spacious, fully stocked and furnished unit with a standard size washer and dryer and a back patio. Our unit has a king bed as well as a sleeper sofa. Whatever the occasion, we're confident that you'll love this place too.

Our place is located 20 miles from downtown Jacksonville and 20 miles from historic St Augustine. Sawgrass is host to the Tournament Players Championship. The World Golf Village and World Golf Hall of Fame is just 10 Miles away. Jacksonville is home to the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Jacksonville Zoo, and a number of museums.

What a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described, had everything we needed and the host was very communicative and easy to work with. Just steps away from the beach access, includes beach chairs and umbrella were very handy! Just a point of clarification that the beach club pool across the street is not available for guest use but that was no big deal we just went to the beach. Would highly recommend this property to others!

Everything you need including the beach!

This is literally across the street from the beach walk overl. As others have mentioned the condo was extremely clean. It has everything you need to cook a meal if you want to stay in and the WiFi is fast if you need to log in and do any work while you’re here. Not a large space but very comfortable. Parking is right outside the door and very easy.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The owner(s) have really thought through all the small details with this unit.
