Sweeping ocean views are the hallmarks of the property while the beautifully appointed public and private spaces are thoughtfully laid out to maximize family living and entertaining. The gracious porches and balcony were designed to enhance the expansive view and comfort. Plenty of local shopping, dining and nightlife in Jax, Neptune and Atlantic Beaches. Perfect Location. Upon request, we can provide inflatable queen bed.

Such a beautiful home right on the beach! The home is in a prime neighbirhood.. The hosts were great! We used the heated pool and hot tub our entire trip over Thanksgiving week with the beach water being chilly during that time of year. You will have to pay extra for heating the pool and hot tub, but worth it. The hot tub will be heated only 4 hours a day, so you will have to communicate when you would like to turned on. It was fairly easy to text daily.

Our visit had great weather, relaxing atmosphere and a chance to recharge with our small family. This property is setup for a few up to many folks with the number of bedrooms and community areas. Every room was decorated nicely, felt extremely comfortable and gave a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation. I would definitely setup another visit in the future. The attention to detail with items for the beach, the kitchen and even some toys for small children were very much appreciated. My wife enjoyed the area so much she is open to moving to the area permanently.
