Had a very bad experience here. German cockroaches were living under the oven. We discovered this the first night there. I spent the night on the phone with Vacasa. I can agree, they tell you what you want to hear. I was told they would come the next morning to help even though I wanted to leave. No one contacted me the next day though. I contacted them. Someone came into my condo while I was not there and sprayed for cockroaches. Both things were unsettling. It smelled horrible, like chemicals. That night, the second night, a 2-1/2 inch cockroach of another kind showed up. Again I called Vacasa and told them I was leaving. We did everything as to the rules for checking out. Cleaning up, towels in washer, put the trash out. We left shortly before midnight and checked into a local hotel. After the trip, I called Vacasa, they refused to help. We had checked in on a Monday and were to check out on Saturday. We were there for Monday and Tuesday. I was rebated one day and one day’s cleaning fees as far as I can tell. I wanted to be refunded Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, plus the whole cleaning fees for the week being that there were bugs and I find that not at all clean. Every person I talked to gave me a run around and denied that they would refund any money. Essentially the owner has enjoyed my payment for days I didn’t stay and cleaning fees for a dirty condo with bugs. I left for fear they would get in my belongings and I would bring them back to my home. I do not recommend
