Brand new construction with high-end furnishings and a fully-equipped kitchen. Beach chairs, towels, and beach wagon & a fully-fenced yard make this place perfect for family beach trips. Close to Ponte Vedra Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, and TPC Sawgrass. Memory foam mattresses & smart TVs throughout

Enter the home through the LEFT of the garage door , following the paved walkway to the front door.

Quiet beachside dead-end street on a cul-de-sac, two blocks from the ocean.

Parking is in the 2 car garage AND on the Driveway. The front entrance to 2088 Gail is LEFT of garage on the South side of the building. Please NO PARKING on the grass on the South. Jax beach does NOT allow parking. Vehicles can possibly be towed from city.
Please respect our neighbors. Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and before 6am.

The property was very nice. I would stay there again. Unfortunately I booked while they were transitioning between management teams and as a result our first night was double booked and I was not notified until the morning of arrival. I believe the new management of the property will rectify this situation.
