The host is amazing. The house is amazing. Like the sign said, "Perfection doesn't exist". But this house comes close. Took a little while to figure out the TV and that really was the only negative. But no big deal. Will probaly stay there again. Thanks AC!!!

The self check-in worked well. The house was very clean. The neighborhood in Riverside is somewhat walkable. The host addressed concerns. And it is fairly well stocked but you need to bring additional tissue and paper towel as there's a starter amount. The house is quite small suitable for 1 to 2 people. Access through the back door is a little easier. There were no cleaning requirements for guests!

This was the perfect vacation and we felt so at home! The back yard was beautiful and Todd was one of the most kid-friendly homes I've been in!! The kitchen had everything you would need and the kiddie dishes were a perfect touch! The bathroom was great and the bedrooms were so comfortable. The plantation shutters on the windows were beautiful as well! Home away from home is what this felt like and the host was very responsive-we are already planning our next stay!!

Get away from our house that was having plumbing problems

This place is absolutely adorable. Very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen. Nice fenced backyard. Wonderful host. Will recommend for family and friends.

Lovely Stay in Jax

We had a absolutely beautiful time staying in Jacksonville for my oldest daughter's graduation from UNF. This VRBO is in a nice neighborhood, nicely remodeled with a beautiful fenced backyard. Hosts were easy to communicate with! play with the kids. . .
