Great location, property could use some TLC

Overall, very pleasant stay. The location was fantastic, center of town was less than ainute walk, and could easily get to all restaurants within a 2 minute drive or 10 minutes walk. Our unit was in need of some repairs, cracked kitchen flooring, heavily used sofa, windows didn't latch properly (backside so no security issue), kitchen cabinet was nearly off a hinge, etc. minor things but easily addressed. Communication was top notch, though. Our unit had issues with the TV on the first day and they communicated very fast, especially for after hours, and addressed first thing the next morning. Would highly recommend if staying with a small group or immediate family

Great location in Jackson

The communications from Outpost, the management company, is excellent. The condo is exactly as described, very neat and clean, and was near perfect for our stay. The only thing lacking was laundry facilities in the unit or within the condo complex.

Great location and overall communication. Only minor issue was the smell of the place when you enter. Not sure if it is the smell of the cleaning products. Overall a good place.

Excellent Experience!

Our family of four were very pleased with the accommodations at the Outpost property in Jackson, WY. The space was clean, comfortable and better than described! All of the necessary utensils and amenities were provided and the bag of coffee and donut holes as a welcome gift were greatly appreciated. This rental is within easy walking distance of the downtown square with many restaurants and shops nearby. Even with that, the area was quiet at night which was great for a good nights sleep. The only issue we had was that we arrived earlier than our scheduled check in time and had to wait until close to that time to enter the condo. To their credit, the management kept in touch and provided us with updates on the progress of the cleaning. I highly recommend this rental!

Fall father daughter trip

Jackson is a frequent destination of ours. This unit is a great location in town. It was clean and tidy, spacious for a dad and daughter trip, with the bonus of a private bath for one bedroom. We really didn't use the kitchen but it was certainly adequate, good appliances. This is a nice place, very comfortable, not luxurious, a bit beaten up with some broken blinds and the couch is on its last leg. Great for a trip less than a week, for two couples or less. No washer and dryer would be an issue for longer stays or families. I would absolutely stay here again for a similar trip at the price.

There were two of us on a golf outing. Both bedrooms were in excellent shape and both bathrooms were very clean as was the kitchen an living room. I would look forward to using you folk’s again without hesitation. Thank You.

Wonderful 2-day stay!

Had a wonderful time in a perfect location. Owners were very communicative and lovely. Had no issues. Only suggestion would be to put air conditioning in the master bedroom but that’s not a dealbreaker. Loved it and would stay again!

Great location

Property could use a little TLC, but it was very clean. Great communication with the property managers, they texted often to make sure everything was fine and were very responsive to questions. Location is perfect, within walking distance to so many great restaurants and shops.

Great lodging - will stay here again!

My family (includes two adult daughters) stayed at this Outpost condo on a trip through Yellowstone and the Tetons. What a great location and a clean and comfortable home. We had plenty of room for the four of us. We didn't use the kitchen much but it looked well-stocked with the things you would need. The beds were comfortable and everything was as expected. The location for our needs was fabulous. We could walk to the main square for dinner and shopping, which was great. Outpost was responsive to any questions we had before and while we were there. I would book this location again with no hesitation.
