A estrutura do hotel é muito boa. Equipe super atenciosa (todos, sem exceção). Estrutura para criança muito boa e monitores tb. O espaço do lago é FANTÁSTICO. Parece que você está em um retiro. Perfeito lá, porém o grande problema do hotel é a refeição que não é de qualidade. Precisam melhorar bastante para eu poder retornar. Apesar de ter muitas piscinas, somente 2 são aquecidas e no inverno, mesmo com sol, ninguém usou as grandes. Se aquecer as outras piscinas, spa, etc vai ajudar muito

Pontos negativos: café da manhã exatamente igual todos os dias, de pães somente pão de sal e pão sovado, não existe roscas, rosquinhas, pães doce, nada além disso. Bolos somente chocolate e farinha de trigo, bolo socado, sem gosto e os mesmos todos os dias. Limpeza: hotel estava lotado, não co seguiram limpar nosso quarto durante uma das diárias. Pontos positivo: recreação excelente, crianças adoraram as atividades, piscinas aquecidas, festa junina muito bem organizada. Almoço e jantares excelentes

O atendimento é muito bom, os funcionários são muito atenciosos e solícitos. O Pessoal da animação e do bar são ótimos. Não foi possível usar a piscina de furô, pois não estava funcionando, mas as piscinas quentes estavam funcionando perfeitamente. O lado negativo foi o fato de que a alimentação não tem muita variedade (principalmente de carne), a comida acaba muito rápido por conta do número de hóspedes, com isso temos que ficar esperando a reposição que muitas vezes não é comida que acabou, (ex. No almoço às 12:30 o frango xadrez já havia acabado e não tinha reposição, foi substituído por coxa de frango frito) tudo bem foi reposto mas é bem claro que não há planejamento na cozinha, pois as reposições demoram e salão fica muito sujo. Sugiro a divisão do horário das refeições em 2 horários cada, o hóspede escolhe o horário que vai almoçar ou jantar e dessa forma a cozinha consegue se organizar em proporções, reposições e limpeza do salão.

Quarto "premium" com manchas (mofo?) na parede. Tinha uma mesa para uso de notebook, mas sem cadeira. No almoço e jantar falta opção de proteína pra quem não quer comer carne. Pelo menos um ovo disponíveil seria o mínimo. Funcionários muito atenciosos e educados. Limpeza também muito boa, mas faltou um pano de chão/tapete para o banheiro do quarto, pois fica tudo molhado.

PIOR LOCAL QUE JÁ VI, NÃO RECOMENDO NEM PRA INIMIG
Estabelecimento que se denomina "Resort", mas que de resort não há nada. Nem para hotel fazenda isso poderia ser chamado. Não indico para ninguém viver qualquer experiência nesse lugar. Check in demorado, funcionários mal qualificados, desinformados e mal educados e local com higiene precária. O Senior parece que não possui administração. Chegamos no Senior as 14h, tínhamos reservado duas suítes para minha família, mas só conseguimos ser liberados para os quartos 15:30. Quando chegamos próximo ao quarto notamos que uma das suítes ainda estava sendo limpo com a faxineira dentro e a outra suíte quando entramos percebemos que tinha vários pontos de infiltração e o quarto cheirava a mofo. Logo, subimos até a recepção para trocarmos de quarto e fomos informados pela gerente do dia que "ia ver o que poderia fazer". Esperamos por 40 minutos até que fosse resolvido e quando pegamos a chave e fomos mandamos para outras suites que estavam há quase 1km da onde estávamos antes e tivemos que ir a pé com as malas na chuva para o loca.Quando entramos nos quartos não tinha toalha de banho, pedimos funcionários, mas só chegou toalha depois de exigirmos muito próximo das 21h, além disso, o quarto estava com cheiro de esgoto, roupas de camas sujas, banheiro com limpeza precária, cobertas empoeiradas. No outro dia acordamos espirrando, com alergia. Falamos com gerente que disse que ia fazer o cancelamento do local e saímos do local, porém ainda fomos cobrados por 1 diária.

Otimo para passar um final de semana.
Infraestrutura muito boa para criancas e adultos. Pegamos um final de semana cheio e nisto tivemos um pequeno problema para pegar uma mesa proximo a piscina, e um contratempo com um dos garcos que estava "guardando" mesa para um grupo de pessoas. De modo geral, o Redort é excelente e voltarei com certeza.
