Maybe 2 1/2 Star hotel, definitely not a 4-Star

Shower leaked, half a roll of toilet paper in room on arrival and asked for more they brought one roll, had to ask for bath towels, room not cleaned for four days during a five day stay (though they cleaned when I asked), pool advertised on property website but told on arrival it didn’t open until later in June even though it was already 33 degrees C outside, management and employees seem content to do as little as possible service-wise to stay in business.

Very nice!

Was a very comfort and pretty. This hotel is very near from the Alsank zone. So much places for shopping and food. It is quit too.

I booked this hotel thiking i could spend a hot summer weekend in the pool. The pool was closed for a private function for 3 days in a row. You can NOT list a property with a certain facility then close it for the entire day. . That's just wrong!!! To add insult they had loud music all night long and i had to call the reception to ask them to stop it.Hotel managment isn'T exactly rocket science these days. Have some respect for your clients I would not book this hotel again

room's window open to a volleyball saloon. you cannot understand if the weather sunny or rainy because of window situation. and always plays volleyball in the saloon so there will be lots of noise while u are staying.
