I did not like that the elevator broke on the day of arrival and left and they did not fix it.. I had to walk a long distance from my room to the elevator. I had surgery 4 weeks ago and I explain to the person who check me In and he told me that he was going to give me the room next to the elevator. But the elevator broke . I ask to be change to a downstairs room and they told me they where in the process of fixing .

The pools were nice for the kids. The food not so good. The shower door only closed halfway this caused the bathroom to flood. There was a humming sound coming from the fan all night. Over all i will probably not stay again

Liked the location and view of the ocean. The Staff was very friendly and helpful

Nice view. Some waiters are friendly and fun, but some are rude. Customer service is lacking at this resort, and workers are nice but we think they need training. Food was very, very average, but fresh. No mini fridge in rooms. Quite comfortable beds and linens. Good water pressure and hot water for shower. Complimentary water bottles - 2 per day. The noise from a wedding held outside kept us awake. Why wouldn't the wedding be held in a banquet room so that the other guests of the hotel weren't disturbed. Shows at night was so so. Lack of elevators was a hassle. The last but not least our flight was at 7 pm, but they told us that we can't be in all inclusive hotel after check out time which is noon. It was really disappointing, as this experience we got first time in all inclusive resort. If you want a place to just relax in a chaise lounge or spend it in the pool/beach, you’re good to go. If you’re looking for more quality service we wouldn’t recommend it.

Staff was great service was great. Food was ok. Drinks were the worst we have ever had at an all inclusive resort. We have stayed at many resorts over the years would not return to this property on account of this reason. Otherwise we still had a good time hard to beat Ixtapas weather.

I enjoyed the friendly staff. The beach and poolside service was excellent. We loved that at every corner you turned there was something fun going on. The only thing we missed was more cheesecake and flan. See you all next year. : 0

The Resort facilities are nice the beach is very nice the staff friendly. However the food for the all-inclusive was not one of the better ones we've had. Very lackluster and blase.

We've stayed at Holiday Inn Resort 6 times and have always had a great experience while we are there! Very welcoming staff, great location, have met wonderful people and the weather is always awesome! Miss Ixtapa already!! Miss hearing "MN in the house" from the entertainment team!! They also do a great job with the different activities planned for each day! Thank you again for another great stay! 💗

It was a good experience, the hotel is located in a good location. We had a great time.

Weekends are always overly busy but during the week it calms down and becomes very relaxing.

Nice property, clean, on the beach and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

We keep coming back to this resort because it's always so welcoming, friendly staff, clean, awesome weather, convinent to other establishments and we have met wonderful people! The staff and the people we have met are our family away from home! (some we keep contact close to home) We've been to Ixtapa 6 times and have stayed at this resort 5 times! Many fantastic memories have been made! We always look forward going back every year!

Staff was great service was great. Food was ok. Drinks were the worst we have ever had at an all inclusive resort. We have stayed at many resorts over the years would not return to this property on account of this reason. Otherwise we still had a good time hard to beat Ixtapas weather.
