Food was great, but it was about the same food everyday not that mu h variations. Drinks were great. Staff was friendly but cleanliness was horrible had to switch rooms, ants, roach, and lizard found in the first room.
the staff was overwhelmed because it was full, so the service was poor. the room has cockroaches and also the restaurant, I needed to change my table at the restaurant because it was one. the restaurants were not well organized, long lines to be able to have meals. there were not enough beach chairs, people fighting for finding one empty because most of them were reserved by toys and towels and nobody were using them. I definitely will not come back again.

We have visited this location multiple times in the past. This time it was very crowded. To the point the staff were overwhelmed.

Staff is a 50/50 friendly/not friendly. Thw hotel makes a huge deal about turning in your key cards and bracelets upon leaving so if you dont have them ready to return be ready to pay for them. Even though we had returned the card keys they tried to charge us saying we didnt return them and also try to charge us for towel usage, which we never were aware of or told anything about. We argued with the front desk person for about 10 min trying to get the issue resolved and eventually they just told us to leave without having to pay any of the fees. We encountered some staff that was very nice, but the majority were not and didnt seem to want to do their job the rooms were decent but alot of bug on the property we stayed at hotle irma the following day and that was better and better service. This hotel is ok for the price but you have to stay ok your toes with the staff and rules.
Staff was very friendly upon arrival. But some staff in the snack bar seemed like they didn't want to be there. Very rude. Never said you’re welcome. Often gave attitude. But other than that, rest of the staff was very friendly.
I enjoyed most of the hotel. The AC is not super cold but enough to fall asleep. The pool was completely packed everyday and the water stunk.
It was clean staff not too friendly need more umbrellas for the pool and the beach food was ok except for the seafood it was really good
The bathrooms by the pool were filthy there were too many people in the pool eating drinking and smoking the water was actually gray would not swim in it for all the money in Mexico will never go back there the food was horrible
I did not like that the elevator broke on the day of arrival and left and they did not fix it.. I had to walk a long distance from my room to the elevator. I had surgery 4 weeks ago and I explain to the person who check me In and he told me that he was going to give me the room next to the elevator. But the elevator broke . I ask to be change to a downstairs room and they told me they where in the process of fixing .
The pools were nice for the kids. The food not so good. The shower door only closed halfway this caused the bathroom to flood. There was a humming sound coming from the fan all night. Over all i will probably not stay again
