When we first got there things didn't seem to bad. The Host's assistant showed us around and we settled in. Looking around we discovered there were 2 melamine plates to use, an assortment of cutlery, including plasticware. There were no "glass" glasses. Plastic glasses, Sippy cups other plastic cups. There was a water filtration system on the kitchen counter. The gas stove had to be hand lit each time it was used. The dish towel had a huge rip in it.In the living room there was a non functioning refrigerator just left there. There was an exposed box of wires. I am assuming it was for the WiFi which we never had but was promised by the host that "it was being worked on". Therefore we could not begin our complaint as we had no WiFi.In the bedroom on the beds when we arrived there was a sheet and no blanket, I slept under a towel. the second night we did receive a blanket. The second day we started to see red bites on us. The third day there were many more. Looking it up it turns out that they were bedbug bites. We looked for them but then discovered that they are very elusive. They hide in bedframes, electrical outlets, picture frames, under rugs and any where they are undetectable. At this point we decided to leave for our own health and safety.There were other things but unless you want to read a novel I will stop now. I have documented everything and have pictures.We tried, unsuccessfully, four times to contact the host.
