O quarto é bom, o café da manhã é no máximo razoável, mas o problema mesmo foi o serviço. No check in, quiseram me cobrar as diárias, sendo que eu já havia pagado via Hotels.com. Chamaram outra pessoa, que viu que realmente já estava pago, e então me entregaram o cartão de acesso ao quarto. De noite, ao voltar do jantar, o cartão de acesso ao quarto não passou. Precisei descer na recepção 3x, e 3x não deu certo. Na 4a vez a atendente me acompanhou, e então percebeu que o problema estava na fechadura da porta, não no cartão de acesso. Chamaram um técnico e nisso eu tive que aguardar cerca de 1h pra conseguir entrar no meu quarto. No segundo dia, saí para trabalhar (estava em Brusque a trabalho) e qual não foi minha surpresa ao voltar e ver que meu quarto não havia sido limpo naquele tempo fora. O hotel é caro, então no mínimo deveria haver serviço de limpeza todos os dias. No terceiro dia, quando saí, fui fazer check out e tinha uma fila grande na recepção. Isto porque o atendente estava "fazendo o imposto", então formava uma fila enorme e o check out, que é pra ser mais rápido do que o check in, demorou horrores. Gostaria de acrescentar que a academia é ruim, tem duas esteiras extremamente velhas em que uma não funciona e na outra só o botão de liga/desliga funciona, os botões de outras funcionalidades não operam. Sinceramente, hotel caro para o que oferece de serviço. OBS.: exceção feita ao senhor do bar do hotel, que foi simpático e me fez uma caipirinha excelente

Muitos pontos deixa a desejar … Frigobar sem água e sem refri Tábua de frios que pedi pra deixar no quarto sem qualidade alguma e sem talheres ! Cortina do quarto completamente encarunchada Funcionários sem nenhum agrado , principalmente a camareira e a atendente do café da manhã Meu checkout tinha combinado na recepção pra ser às 14:00 … a camareira bateu na porta às 12:06 passando que nossa diária tinha finalizado . Recepção gentil. Quarto e banheiro espaçosos. Banheiro tinha mofo e infiltração na parede. Nosso quarto não tinha um bom black out fazendo com que tivesse muita claridade pela manhã. Estacionamento gratuito e com várias vagas. Café da manhã muito bom. Também jantamos no restaurante buffet, estava bom também. Tínhamos um compromisso no centro da cidade e a localização para nós foi ótima. Estava frio e o ar condicionado só funciona para refrigeração - tivemos que solicitar edredom extra na recepção.

Falta limpeza

Mesmo que as instalações sejam boas, é impassível se sentir bem em um lugar carente de limpeza, conforto e limpeza andam juntos. Peço que o responsável pelo hotel entre em contato comigo, tenho fotos das minhas duas últimas estadias nele. Se o melhor hotel executivo da cidade é assim, não quero imaginar o pior.
