A hidden gem in Turkey!

Tranquilla is the perfect get away from stressful Istanbul - It's a beautiful and relaxing place, not only near rivers but mountains and the sea. The food and service were amazing too.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is perfect for spending a few peaceful and relaxing days, with the beach just a short walk away. The hotel is very comfortable, and the garden is beautifully maintained. Everyone was incredibly kind, and the service was exceptional. Both dinner and breakfast were plentiful, and everything was delicious. Most importantly, they treated our dog with great kindness and affection. We will definitely be back.

Tranquilla is an amzing little heaven in Agva. beautiful and well maintained rustic log cabins by the river. delicious food and friendly staff. Beautiful and quiet surroundings. I specially enjoyed the morning call of that resident bird on the trees around.

Eşimle bayram tatili için 27-30 Mayıs arası üç gecelik konaklama için rezervasyon yaptık. Otel sahibi çift her konuda yardımcı oldu, geldiğim ilk gün Ağva’daki planlarımızı dinleyip tavsiyeler verdiler, yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltıdaki ürünlerin tazeliği ve çeşitliliği çok yerindeydi, iki kişi fazlasıyla doyduk ve memnun kaldık. Akşamüzeri çay saati de harika olmuş, kek, börek, kısır eşliğinde nehir kenarında çayımızı içtik. Akşam yemeği de aynı şekilde önden gelen mezeler olsun, çorba, ana yemek ve tatlısıyla birlikte çok lezzetliydi. Kesinlikle şefleri harika! Otelin ortak kullanım alanları, odası, nehir kenarındaki oturmalık yerleri çok keyifliydi, son akşam bahçede bira içmek istedik ve bizim için ateşi yaktılar, ateş başında çok keyifli bir son gece geçirdik eşimle. Doğanın içinde, huzurlu, stres atmalık, nezih insanların olduğu ve çalışanların çok kibar olduğu bir işletme. Kışın da kesinlikle gideceğiz.

Mekan manzarası gerçekten çok güzeldi kendi de güzel fakat çok bakımsızdı.Fiyat olarak yan taraftaki otellerin neredeyse iki katı oda ücretlerine rağmen oda çok temiz ve çok büyük bir oda değildi.Odadaki yatak eskiydi ekstra olarak sadece havlu ve terlik vardı ve duşta şampuan yoktu.Kurutma makinesi çalışmıyordu.Akşam yemeği güzel kahvaltı idare eder öyle dolu dolu bir serpme kahvaltı yok.Saat 4 civarı verilen ikramlıklar hoştu .Tercih edecek arkadaşlar için umarım faydalı olur sonuçta ciddi paralar veriyoruz iyi kalite herkesin hakkı .

Ağva’da konumu, nehir kenarındaki bahçesi ve avlu ortamı ilk bakışta gerçekten romantik ve keyifli görünüyor. Ancak deneyimimiz beklentimizi karşılamadı. Restaurant bölümü lobiyle tamamen iç içe ve otelin girişinde yemek yiyorsunuz; dolayısıyla atmosfer çok zayıf. Bahçeden restoran alanına kediler sürekli girip çıkıyordu. Bahçede çok sayıda kedi vardı ve aşı/temizlik durumları belirsizdi. Kedilerden biri severken eşimi tırmaladı ve dönüşte kuduz aşısı yaptırmak zorunda kaldı. Kedi alerjisi veya korkusu olan misafirler için ciddi bir sorun olabilir. Restaurant/lobi kısmındaki çalışanlar güler yüzlü veya yardımcı değildi. Otelde neredeyse sadece çiftlere göre masa düzeni yapılmış; 4 kişilik masa yok denecek kadar azdı. Arkadaşlarımızla iki masayı birleştirmek istediğimizde önce reddedildi, doluluk da yokken ısrarımızla zar zor yardımcı oldular. Mezeler ortalamaydı fakat ana yemekler lezzetsizdi. Nehir kenarındaki bahçe çok daha iyi değerlendirilebilir; bakımsızdı, ateş çukuru gibi ambiyans yaratacak detaylar düşünülmemişti. Odalar temizdi ancak fiyatına göre oldukça küçük ve basık, özellikle banyo-­duş alanı ciddi anlamda klostrofobikti. Kahvaltı ise yeterli ve doyurucuydu. Genel olarak vasat bir deneyimdi. Bulunduğu alanın sunduğu güzelliğe rağmen müşteri memnuniyeti, hizmet yaklaşımı ve işletme kalitesi açısından beklentimizi karşılamadı. Bu nedenle tekrar tercih etmeyi düşünmüyoruz.

Ağva’ya bir kaç kere gittim ama oranın dokusuna bu kadar uygun yapılmış bir yerde hiç kalmadım. Hem hizmet hem temizlikten çok memnun kaldık. Evcil hayvanlarımızla gittik ve onlar da çok rahat etti. Dokusu, kalitesiyle bence ağvadaki en kaliteli ve huzurlu mekan

Ambiyansı Harika, Küçük İyileştirmeler Gerekebilir

Ağva’da Tranquilla Nehir Evi'nde 2 gece konakladık. Nehir kenarında, yemyeşil doğası ve çiçeklerle dolu bahçesi insanı gerçekten dinlendiriyor. Sessiz ve huzurlu bir ortam arayanlar için çok ideal. Ağva sahiline yürüyerek yaklaşık 15 dakikada ulaşılabiliyor. Otelin çevresinde restoran veya market yok; ihtiyaçlar ya otelden karşılanıyor ya da birkaç kilometre uzaklıktaki markete gidiliyor. Otelin atmosferi çok sıcak; yüksek tavanlı, şömineli restoran ve lobi alanı oldukça keyifli. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Yemekler konusunda ise karışık hislerim var. İlk akşam aldığımız meze ve yemekler lezzetliydi, fiyatlar da makuldü. Ancak ikinci akşam makarnada istenmeyen bir hijyen problemi yaşadık. Durumu ilettik, ilgilendiler ve değiştirdiler ama telafi sözü verilmesine rağmen ekstra bir şey sunulmadı. Odalar konforluydu ama biraz bakımsızdı; dolap içlerinde örümcek ağları görmek pek hoş olmadı. Ahşap yapının etkisi olabilir ama daha özenli temizlik beklentisi oluşuyor. Şömine keyfi harikaydı, odun temin edip yakmamıza da destek oldular. Genel olarak doğası, ambiyansı ve sakinliği ile çok beğendiğim bir yer oldu. Ancak oda temizliği ve restoran hizmeti konusunda yorumlarda anlatıldığı kadar yüksek bir kalite deneyimleyemedim.
