the hotel is absolutly fabulos! great location, good facilities and extreamly friendly staff. i enjoyed as well, that there was no music or any other artificial noise bothering my stay at the borther of the river. absolutly quiet and relaxing. a very good brake from busy and noisy istanbul.

Tamamen hayal kırıklığı

Oteli tam dolu olduğu bir haftasonu işe yeni başlamış bir elemana emanet etmişler. Bir şey içmek isterseniz kola ve fanta, bir şey yemek isterseniz sözde köy kahvaltısı ve tavuk ızgara-salata. Askeri kampa gitsek daha çok çeşit olurdu sanıyorum. Fotoğraflar ne kadar özenilmişse gerçekte de o kadar özensiz bir hizmet anlayışı var. Şöminesi olan bir odayı yazın tutacak halimiz yok, belli ki kışın geleceğiz. Buna rağmen kimse yokmuş gibi böyle başı boş bırakmak bu kadar para alan bir işletmeye hiç ama hiç yakışmıyor. Paramızla rezil olduk, vaktimiz olsaydı başka otele geçecektik ama ne yazık ki 3 günlük tatilimizi daha fazla rezil etmek istemedik ve dışarıda yemek yiyerek oteli yatmadan yatmaya kullandık. Çok övdükleri köy kahvaltısında şarküteri ürünleri için ekstra ücret alıyorlar. Yumurtayı sahanda değil menemen olarak isterseniz o da ekstra. Odalar arası ses yalıtımı sıfır, komşularınızın konuşmalarından özel anlarına kadar herşeye şahit oluyorsunuz ve bu gerçekten çok rahatsız edici. İlk gün yediğimiz tavuk ızgara ve salata gerçekten çok kötüydü. Ertesi gün başka yemek çıkacağını söylediler ama sonra dalga geçer gibi yine tavuk-salata koydular önümüze. Aklı olan yemez, gider dışarıda yer. Bunu yapan yer bir otelin alakart restaurantı olunca insan deliriyor tabii. Bu memnuniyetsizlikte personelin hiç suçu yok. O eleman resepsiyona da bakıyor, odaların şöminelerini de yakıyor, yemek servisi de yapıyor, kasaya da bakıyor. Üstelik bunu 7/24 tek başına güleryüzle yapıyor. Yazık.

Çalışanlar özellikle onur bey karsılamada samimiyeti ve canayakınlığıyla kalbimize dokundu. Odalar konforlu rahat ve sesiz dinlenmek için ideal . Akşam yemekleri vasat hatta kötü zaten tek seçenek uygun görürseniz yapılıyor tavuk pirzola vardı şansımıza keske yagda kızarmasaydı yanındaki soğuk patateslerde pek hos olmadı içecek seçeneği yok büyük ihtimalle kış dönemi olduğundan diye düşünüyoruz. Birde checkout yaparken yetkili kimse olmadıgından nakit ödeme yapmak zorunda kaldık işletme olmak biraz daha dikkatli olmak gerekir özelliklede yemek konusunda . Ama sunumları ve güleryüzlü yaklaşımları eksiklerini kapatıyor.

Çalışanlar mükemmel güler yüzlü ve çok sıcak kanlı ancak sonbahar sezonunda Ağva da yemek bulmak zor bunu düşünerek otelin mutfağının seçenek sunması lazım. İlk gün mutfak arızalıydı ertesi sadece tek çeşit çıkardı
