I left this hotel at 4 am after calling the police cause the reception employee entered my room at 4 am by using another key.. so i started shouting and crying before calling the police later!! I was really afraid and my body was shaking!! I have a document from the police that indicates what happened that night..

It was noisy (both the reception desk early in the morning and outside at night). The bathroom easily got wet and all of the towels were completely wet no matter how long they were hung up. The shower clogged up in 2 minutes, and if you didn’t stop the water, the floor would be all wet easily. They only gave us flat sheets as a blanket but it got very cold at night since it is November. No breakfast served and staff weren’t easily accessible. Tram station was a short walk away. It was ok but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Good budget accommodation in Sultanahmet

Simple but nice and convenient hotel close to the biggest tourist attractions in Istanbul. Staff were friendly and provided good service. My stay here was smooth.
