I would like to thank the JW Marriott Hotel Istanbul Marmara Sea team. The exceptional experience started from when my family and I walked through the doors. We were treated with refreshing drinks and the front desk staff (Candan) and concierge were so helpful. The rooms were outstanding, the atmosphere was calming, the restaurants were great. Anything we needed, the staff was helpful with assisting. We especially enjoyed the tasty gifts. The wife was delighted and our mothers have nothing but nice memories. We are already planning for our next stay.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The property has everything that we wanted: great restaurants (one with local food), pool, gym, spa and beautiful spaces in common areas to relax, sit, or read. While not near the older parts of Istanbul, it was not too remote from shops or walkable areas.

Excellent property with beautiful views of Marmara sea. Staff is very friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. We were upgraded without asking with access to lounge which had excellent breakfast and snacks through the day.
