I'm coming from US and it's been a very long trip. I've specifically chosen this hotel because of the system I'm working is a 1 min walking distance from the hotel. I was greeted by front desk friendly and he also helped me keep my reservation even i made a mistake at dates while booking. Housekeeper was also helpful and he mentioned that he is available all night if i needed anything. As a service it's been superb.. However, the room was extremely small that it consist only bed and surrounded with amenities. It is hard to move around... I also specifically asked a bureau, a desk and a good wifi however i just realized that my message didn't go thru from hotels.com to the property... I guess the connection between hotels.com and property is not established well. So this room is definitely not what i was expecting. Also window has no view, it's blocked with a wall and it's an interior cabin obviously. Bathroom shower is weak, toilet seat is wobbly, bedding is hard.. Although the room is very clean and nice, service personnel is doing their best the rooms needed a little update

Don't choose their shuttle service, they are really thieves. They stole money from us in the most blatant way and the receptionist gave us the worst experience ever. We felt helpless in the face of such brazenness and lack of ethics and values. We lost the money for the shuttle, they didn't provide the service and they didn't refund us. It's unsafe. While we were having breakfast, a man came in bleeding and the atmosphere was very tense. The worst hotel of our entire lives.

I think this was on of the worst hotels ever 😅 there was a constant buzzing noise in the room, stuff kept cleaning the neighbor rooms and slamming something heavy all the time, and the toilet kept flushing itself every three minutes. The guy on the reception couldn't care less about anything. Size of the room is approximately size of my closet
