The Grand Pavilion is the hub of the resort, featuring a AAA four diamond hotel, pools, The Boardwalk Inn, restaurants, deli, small upscale stores, spa and beauty center, golf, tennis, and bike rentals. Everything you want to do on the resort is within walking distance from 54 Grand Pavilion.

Our home features a bright and open floor plan, including hardwood floors, spacious master bedroom with sitting area, and ocean views from the Charleston style porches. The porches overlook a 40' x 200' lawn. Beautiful live oaks and native palm trees surround the courtyard. You can relax on the rocking chairs and watch the kids play! The Grand Pavilion pools are just steps from the door and the beach is less than 100 yards - just 30 seconds away. Our home is at the end of a cul-de-sac on the quiet side of the Grand Pavilion. The special features of this home, in addition to its location and ambience, are the spacious living/dining area and the master bedroom. The master bedroom provides a quiet place to retreat and relax, read a book, watch TV, or just relax on the porch and catch the ocean views and breeze. High Speed internet works throughout the house.
Living room and master bedroom TV's also have "Apple TV" for all your streaming needs. All bedrooms have TV's with Roku for streaming.
We upgraded the kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. Up graded baths, furnishings, art, beds and new living room furniture, etc. It has always been a very cheerful and comfortable home - and we are excited about the improvements we have chosen. We think our home feels very elegant, modern, relaxing and most important, comfortable!
In addition to the master, the home features three additional bedrooms, each with an adjoining full bath. The bedroom downstairs features hardwood floors, a queen bed, a TV and shares the hall full bath. The front bedroom upstairs is the same size, has a queen bed and has a private attached full bathroom. The middle bedroom upstairs has twin beds and also has a full private bath. There is a “pack and play” crib and highchair. Baby’s Away Charleston can provide other beach rental and vacations items that you may need, in addition to what's at the house already.
There are plenty of beach chairs , beach toys and games for our guests to use at the house already. All linens , towels ,soap and shampoo provided.
Summer weeks: June 25 to August 6 are 7nights minimum. Check is is on Saturday during this period. 3 night min the rest of the year, check in on any day.

Wonderful house, great location

We had a wonderful vacation here and would definitely re-visit. The house had everything we could need, including kitchen staples and utensils for a family, children’s items and outdoor gear. Everything was clean, organized and plentiful. Host was super easy to contact and gave us all the info we needed to make a super easy visit.

54 Grand Pavilion Isle of Palms

Could not ask for a nicer place, or nicer hosts. Great location, close to the beach and center of the resort. Hosts were terrific, great communication, and very helpful about things to do and places to eat. House was immaculate when we arrived, with detailed instructions on how to use the appliances, and TV. Also a real plus is they had crib and high chair and beach toys for the grand kids. Would definitely stay again.

Our family of four stayed with another family of four and the house was perfect for our needs! Had everything you might need. Walking distance to beach and all the Wild Dunes amenities. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Owner was very communicative and helpful.

Excellent property & close to beach

Great home that was perfect for our family! It was very clean & had a good layout. Each bedroom had their own updated bathroom & the kitchen was well equipped. TV’s in all bedrooms & labeled light switches & outlets to charge all your electronics we’re nice extras! The porches had a view of the ocean & we were so close to the beach & Grand Pavilion pools. Easy walk with kids & all the beach stuff! The house had plenty of beach chairs, wagons & beach toys to enjoy. Parking for 3 cars was a plus as well! We had issue with our lock but Perry was fast to respond & came out to fix it quickly. Communication was great from check in to check out. Excellent property & a wonderful stay!

We stayed at the house in July 2024 with my wife and two daughters (ages 5 and 3). The house was exactly as advertised. Location was steps from the beach and GP Pools. Perry was very responsive to any requests or questions. We would gladly come back to this house next time we are in IOP.

Wondeful family vacation

We had a very relaxing trip to the beach for our family of six adults and one toddler. There was plenty of space for everyone. The kiychen is wrll equipped including a coffee grinder with drip coffee pot and keurig. There are views of the ocean from both the upper and lower balconies. The walk to the beach was much closer than the pictures with easy access! We had access to all the resort pools including the pool at Sweetgrass Inn which has a 1 foot pool that is great for toddlers. We had the best of the quiet beaches in Wild Dunes plus easy access to downtown Charleston. Owners were great and communicated well. This is definitely a home we would like to visit again!

As all other reviews said, the location was fantastic. We had an amazing stay and the hosts were extremely accommodating. We loved having all the beach chairs there and enjoyed lots of beach time, as well as golf, biking, and tennis.

Easter Weekend & Credit One Charleston Open Tennis Tournment

Thanks Perry for being accessible and very accommodating with information during our stay. The property was spacious and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach, facilities, and local restaurants at Wild Dunes. Also enjoyed out time at the tennis tournment even though the weather was somewhat foul at times! Will definitely recommend to others and plan to return in the future.

This property has great decorating in a coastal theme providing a very relaxing atmosphere for a vacation or get away. It has ample furniture and the kitchen lacks nothing. The location is very conveniently located near beach, swimming pools and eats. Very enjoyable!

An amazing family getaway

A family of 8. We fit perfectly! Steps to the beach. We had everything we needed to make meals at home. Grandma, Grandpa, two couples with two toddlers!! Perry was very responsive. We will definitely try to stay here next year!!

Family Vacation 2022

The property was described as listed on VRBO. The owners were quick to respond and resolved any concerns/issues that we had. We had a medical emergency that took us to MUSC and the EMS/Firefighters, Police (7 vehicles in total) of IOP/Wild Dunes were fantastic. The walk to the beach was great and felt that it was less than 100 yards. One suggestion that may be considered is to upgrade some of the beach articles such as the wagon and some of the chairs. Also additional bath towels would be great .

Wonderful Wild Dunes escape

We had a good week at this lovely home. Very close to beach and the toys, wagon and chairs were appreciated. Well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Could have used more bath towels but the full size washer dryer made it no big deal. We had a medical need and MUSC Childrens Hospital was wonderful! All in all a great week of family time and the healing power of God. Will return!! The R’s from Greer SC

Family Retreat

Three families gathered as a group of ten for our summer getaway. Isle of Palms is beautiful. Location of this unit in Wild Dunes is even better. On a courtyard less than a seven iron to the Atlantic Ocean or pool. It is a very well furnished home with ample amenities to suite most everyone. Kitchen had plenty of supplies for meal preparation. Bedrooms were very comfortable. It was a very warm week; however, the home stayed cool with doors opening and closing all day. Hosts are EXTREMELY focused on your stay. Texts were quickly responded to with pertinent information. Outstanding! If we revisit Isle of Palms, this would be our choice for lodging.
