This property was as listed. Everything was tastefully decorated & very clean. Amenities were great. Our party included 3 couples & we all had plenty of space & our own bathrooms. Two were ensuites. I would highly recommend this property for large groups. As listed it is around an 8 minute walk to the beach & in a nice quiet neighborhood. It does back up to a rather busy street which I wasn’t aware of when booking but again, it was quiet. We loved the large room right off the front porch where there was a table & chairs which was perfect for game nights. We spent a couple of days exploring Charleston & it was a fairly easy drive. My only negative was a lack of internet access. I contacted the property management company & had to leave a message. I did not receive a return call, however, I did receive a voicemail a couple of days later with a general inquiry about our stay. This is why I rated communication a 4 out of 5.
