Completely renovated kitchen!!! All new bathrooms added in spring of 2025!! This spacious five bedroom home with a private pool is located less than two blocks to the beach, and is surrounded by magnificent oaks and tropical landscape. With multiple living areas, decks, and porches there is plenty of room for comfort for all! Enjoy the beautiful Charleston evenings with the convenience of a gas grill and a private pool located right in the yard (heating for pool and hot tub NOT available). Other features include a fully equipped kitchen with dual ovens and dishwasher, an ice machine, YouTube TV for cable, smart tv in den downstairs, , sonos stereo sound system, and a large tub in the master bath. 3,242 square feet. Linens included. No smoking. No pets.

Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.
