*Home Truths:* - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. - The rec room and third bathroom are located in the garage area, each with separate entrances on the exterior of the house. - Guests must supply their own beach towels. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. - This property does not have access to a pool. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. I was very impressed with the amenities supplied by the company at check-in. A lot of places claim to be vacation ready but do not even have pots/pan or dish soap; Avant had everything we needed and more. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Communication from host was excellent.

Great place and location!
We loved the stay! Beautiful home, just as described and had everything we needed. We had some trouble getting into the community, the directions took us to a different entrance and the staff running the entrance was not very friendly or helpful.

Great stay in Isle of Palms
This is a lovely house only a few minutes walk to the beach. The last bedroom is on the ground floor, the rest of the house is elevated, as is the style of most of the beach houses on IOP. There's an elevator that goes from the lower, ground floor bedroom up to the main house, which is very cool and the kids loved. Everything was comfortable and clean. We had a great stay.
