Muy bien decorado un condominio frente al mar dormitorio. Duerme cuatro cómodamente. balcón de la sala de estar con vista al mar increíbles y asientos al aire libre cómodo! Todos los muebles nuevos pisos -beautiful, gabinetes blanco quebradizo, mostradores de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de tamaño completo; incluyendo nevera con hielo. We had so much fun!

We'll definitely be back! Beautiful views, comfy beds, walking distance to grocery and restaurants. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Small condo close to the beach, with a view of the ocean. It is exactly as described and was great for my wife and me.

Ocean views!

Great little place. Nice location with water views and just steps to private beach access. Bed isn’t great…need to update mattress AND pillows!😬Stair access only so pack light! Very small apartment but fine for couples.

Met our needs

The property worked for us. We were glad there were only two of us as the property is small. We would not have been comfortable with 4 people. The property was conveniently located to beach, restaurants and grocery store. Everything within walking distance. The pool area could use more chairs.

Met my expectations

Good experience. Easy. Overall the unit met my expectations based on pictures and descriptions on website. More toilet paper and paper towels would have been helpful. Perhaps include info about laundromat that required payment to use.

Ice maker didn't work and some shelves missing plus there was only 1 wine glass. It's still a nice unit.

Sea Cabins

This particular unit was disappointing. Location is great with ocean view. However, the unit itself had stains underneath the couch cushions. No note pads or writing utensils provided. Carpet on the balcony stained and the kitchen cabinets had plastic covers which were bowing because of the moisture. Would not choose this unit again

Family Vacation

The property was not clean. There was a terrible odor that lasted for days. Housekeeping had put a clean liner in the kitchen trash can that had foul smelling liquid and food at the bottom. Took us several hours to figure out where the smell was coming from. Even after the property manager removed the can the odor lasted. Property needs updated. Location was great for beach access. Would suggest better housekeeping.

That fortunate discovery has led to 25 successive years of wonderful service. IR has helped us every step of the way as we have returned each year since then. The people who we have worked with have changed but the service and attention to derail has always been the same. They listen, make suggestions and solve problems. Island Realty is a part of our family.

Perfect For Short Stay

We visited for a Citadel homecoming reunion, so we did not enjoy the beach, even though the weather was wonderful for it! Had we decided to sit on the beach, it was handy that the condo had beach chairs available. The small supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and soap were sufficient for our 3 night stay. Some of the bath towels were a bit stiff yet still functional. This was on the second floor, so up one short flight and then a straight up longer flight. We noticed the stairwell needed better lighting in the dark. Definitely a upward walk with luggage so not recommended for anyone with mobility issues.

Not as advertised

When I made the reservation, I asked if the property was in Wild Dunes, and was told yes. It was not. Having Lakehouse rentals myself false advertising on the way, something looks versus the way it is is unacceptable. Did not even stay there .... lost our money and had to book a different place within Wild Dunes where we originally thought we would be.

Screen door wasn't on sliding glass doors. Entry door sticks after keying code...noticed door knob bracket on side was loose. Had to punch in code multiple times to get door open. The TVs were very old,not smart TVs so we only had cable .Needs a new refrigerator that has a working ice maker. Would be helpful if the condo had pot holders and a few extra dish towels. Overall very overpriced for the size of the condo. We rented a lovely 4 bedroom house at Holden Beach NC with its own pool right on the beach for just $200 more a week so we won’t be back.

Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great week.The location, literally a 30 second walk to the beach, couldn't be beat. That said, the condo itself was nothing to write home about. Small, not particularly clean, and literally no frills (tiny little soaps that last for one use, no coffee filters, horrible selection of pots and pans, rusty shower curtain bars, etc.). For some reason they had a huge dresser in the small bedroom that made it almost impossible to walk around to the other side of the queen bed. Good quality towels though. Was there on July 4. Amazing fireworks right off the pier which is right outside the door!

Location, Location, Location

Our 4th trip to IOP, but our first time staying at the Sea Cabins. We would definitely book again. Listing was accurate, and the Island Realty team was easy to work with and very responsive. Check-in and check-out process was super easy - even arriving after hours. Great communication throughout our stay via phone and text. Best feature of the Sea Cabins - location, hands down. Easy access to the beach, highway, shopping, restaurants (walking distance), and other local attractions. The unit was well equipped - typical (at least in our experience) with many other VRBO properties. As other reviews state, the unit had been remodeled/updated - very comfortable for two people. - four people would be workable, but crowded - especially with a single bath. Units are smaller without much separation between spaces. Perfect for my wife and I. Fabulous view of the beach and ocean, along with sounds of waves on the shore. Nice deck area with table/chairs - and beach chairs included. Only two constructive comments - 1) consider providing beach towels for those traveling by air who prefer not to pack, and 2) though remodeled and relatively clean, the unit could use a good deep clean and general touch up of paint and other surfaces. There was a little more wear and tear showing than anticipated. Overall - a fabulous visit. We will return !

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We drove 7 1/2 hours to Isle of Palms with a seven month old and a 2 year old. The condition of the unit was very poor. The unit was musty/moldy smelling. There was something on the lamp that looked like dried vomit. Everytime the AC came on it blew out dirt. We covered the couch and chair with the sheets provided for the sofa bed. I continually swept the unit and wiped everything down. The bathroom was disgusting. The tub knobs had mildew on them as well as the shower head. I purchased Clorox wipes to clean the unit as well as a spray air freshener. We cut our vacation short due to the condition of the unit. We could not let our 7 month old crawl on the floor. We could not relax on this vacation. I am very disappointed in the condition of this unit as well as the pre-inspection that is supposedly completed prior to guests arriving. For the condition of this rental I believe it is way overpriced. I do not recommend this unit to anyone and I hope action is taken to improve this unit so future guests do not have to experience what we experienced. I feel we are deserving of a full refund.
