Have you been searching for an oceanfront condo in Isle of Palms that's just the right size, with all the amenities you could want for a beach vacation? Well, you've found it in 321 B Sea Cabin, a lovely third-floor condo at the Sea Condominiums, with amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Things to know prior to booking your stay: The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, including some stairs to the 1st floor. Full Disclosure: There are small bunk beds built into the hallway – they are loved by children. They're also a great place to use for extra storage if not being used for sleeping! They measure 24”x72.5” compared to standard twin size of 38”x75”. All units are 490 sq. ft. – they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller children. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a fully functional kitchen! Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying. Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated or download an app to pay! Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass. The community pool is not heated and is usually open year round. No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor. No pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exception unless ADA documentation is provided prior to your arrival. A $500 dollar fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation. This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay!
Enter the home to find a welcome hallway with two bunk beds built into the side of the wall. A cozy place for the kids to cuddle up, it's a great solution for any group needing extra sleeping accommodations!
Continue and you'll pass the bathroom which has a shower/tub combo! The bedroom offers a queen sized bed and closet space for storage! There is a full length mirror to make picking out the perfect beach ensemble a breeze!
The kitchen has been updated in 2023 with brand new stainless steel appliances! All the essentials are included so you can prepare any of your favorite meals! The living area features a comfortable couch and a large flat screen TV. Kick back and relax with cable access or connect your devices to the Wi-Fi and browse your favorite apps and websites. Also featured, is the extra counter space added to enjoy meals in the eat in kitchen! A new glass top table and chair are available to get any work or studying done from the comfort of your condo.
Sliding glass doors lead to the ocean-facing balcony. Soak up the ocean views any time of the day or night on the outdoor chairs with plush new cushions or enjoy a meal at the high-top table and chairs.
The Sea Cabins are 490 square feet and share a Community Pool, Laundry Facility in the pool house, and have access to a Private Fishing Pier. Located right on Ocean Blvd, this is a Great Location to be within walking distance to wonderful well-known Local Restaurants, Shopping, and the County Park!
The Sea Cabin Condominiums are comprised of a three building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach. The complex has a large pool and a kiddie pool. Try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests, or enjoy a relaxing walk on the pier over the breaking waves.
Bike, water sport and beach umbrella rentals are available nearby. Shopping, dining, nightly entertainment, grocery store, and post office are a short walk from the complex.
ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a 'starter set' of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath and dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 2 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 21 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

This newly renovated condo was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing balcony view of the ocean located in the heart of Isle of Palm SC! Perfect size for our family of 4 and could have slept more! Great location for food, shops, and ideal location for an amazing beach time!

Perfect for couples
We come to IOP every May. We always stay at the Sea Cabins. This was our favorite condo so far. It’s very modern, updated and clean. We will definitely keep this as our top choice for the future. I did have some issues with communication. A couple months prior to the reservation, I needed to try and change dates and got zero response on the app after weeks. I called and was told I would get a call back, which I never did. I ended up making things work but hope in the future, they do improve on the communication issue.

Great little getaway!
My wife and I spent a long weekend at the Sea Cabins and loved it! The place was perfect for 3 nights for the two of us. Access to the beach and pier was great, and the pool access would have been great as week if we hadn't been rained out. The location is fantastic...right next to plenty of bars and shops and around the corner from the Sea Biscuit Cafe and Low Country Kitchen. It can sleep up to 6, but that would be very tight. It's an excellent spot for two people to enjoy a beach weekend.

If I had known about parking in the back it would certainly help. Getting a $53.95 ticket for parking on the street when I got there wasn’t fun!!
