The interior of 117 Seascape was nearly completely renovated by a professional interior design artist. The master bedroom features a King bed with direct access to the oceanfront deck. A full bed is offered in the spacious guest bedroom making this area perfect for a second couple. Seascape has just completed an extensive two year restoration project of the exterior of the complex. This design included a metal roofing system, gorgeous new stucco work, improved elevators, beautiful landscaping and walkways, and more.

Disappointing for the price
Although the pictures fully represent the condo, which was lovely, we were disappointed with Seascape in general. We have stayed at other, less expensive, places in Wild Dunes and had a more enjoyable experience. People who are staying in other areas in Wild Dunes use Seaside’s pool & beach access (since they are not locked) which leads to limited parking spaces. It sounds minor, but I wish I had known the beach access was opened prior to booking because I would have chosen a different location. Again, had we paid less for the week, the inconvenience would have been understood. Additionally, when I tried to explain my disappointment to Seaside, I was told we could park somewhere else, which would have entailed a longer walk to our condo. We definitely will not stay here again.

Beautifully renovated condo at a great location. Are was quiet (except for construction which we knew about). Has everything we needed. We loved using the beach gear credit also- they delivered and picked up which was great as we didnt need to pack chairs etc. Would definitely stay here again!

No mention of the construction taking place on the other half of the outside of this building.
VERY loud from 7 am to 5 pm.
Difficult to have a conversation while sitting on the deck or at the pool.
Why you don't inform people of this is beyond my understanding.

Lovely condo, insufferably loud construction
Lovely condo. It would have been the perfect spot, but, even though there is a noise ordinance until 10am, construction started at 7:30am and lasted until 5pm. It was extremely loud including sawing and hammering, which made it impossible to enjoy the condo. I contacted the rental company, and they agreed to update the listing on VRBO to inform future renters.

Fall break getaway
This was one of the cleanest properties I think we have ever stayed in anywhere. Everything was perfect and made our week so enjoyable! We had no issues with items not working or missing and it was exactly as the listing portrayed. Simply beautiful and a gorgeous view of the beach We will definitely be back.

Beautiful but disappointed
Beautiful condo and location. I guess I didn't look deep enought to find out the units right next to us were under construction. Completely ruined our vacation. When we complained to the agency we were told we were out of luck. I guess I have learned a hard lesson 🙄
