"The unit was very clean and well maintained with everything you could need for the week. Erik and Tisha made the process so easy and responded quickly to any questions I sent. The condo was spacious and we all (6) were very comfortable. I personally liked the location. It was private yet close to everything. My son was able to walk to fish and could relax by the pool. We traveled to the Mahaffey Theater in downtown St. Petersburg daily for my daughter’s dance competition with no issues, easy drive. My parents could not stop talking about how nice the condo and area were and how I picked well. We will definitely return. Thanks for a great week!"

"This condo is pristine! High-quality furnishings that include everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The bed in the master bedroom is super comfy. The view from the balcony is exactly like the picture, directly by the bay. The pool in pic is not your assigned pool, it's a short walk around the building, and also sits by the bay. There were several days we had the pool and hot tub all to ourselves, just don't forget your black pool tags. Convenient parking and level with your condo, no steps or elevator to deal with! We had a small issue and the host responded immediately and it was corrected within 24 hours. This host goes above and beyond with amenities. The area is safe and conveniently located. Don't let this one pass you by, rent this condo, you won't be sorry. We loved it!"

"We had a truly exceptional experience during our stay at this property! The condo was exactly as advertised and had all of the luxuries we were looking for. The property was clean and fully equipped for our stay. The unit is very spacious and comfortable. We are definitely hoping for an opportunity to rent this unit again in the future. Our host communicated with us throughout our stay. And was helpful with making several suggestions for the surrounding area. The property is well kept and very inviting. The location was centered in the area and venues that we visited throughout our stay."
