Clean comfortable rooms with an excellent breakfast. The staff is the greatest asset this resort has. From the front desk staff, wait staff, cleaning staff and dive resort staff they are all outstanding. Ace, Chip, Matt and Fernando are top notch dive instructors. A+ Good job!

The staff were wonderful, very helpful. Room was nice, simple, very clean and surprisingly not too noisy since it was right on the main street. The hotel is centrally located in The West End, short water taxi ride to West Bay. I didn't discover that Splash Inn had their own dock with chairs at the end and a small roped off swimming area until the next to the last day. The water all over the island is unbelievable!

We had a great time!' People there were so nice! I would come back again to the same hotel. The only draw back--no swimming Pool.

I did not like it. Not a,great service at all. I would not recommend to friends who have kids at all.

Splash Inn Dive Resort is a clean, friendly and inexpensive place to say. No amenities to speak of. Great location in West End with the dive shop located right there. Dive boats leave right across the street. There is a water taxi directly across the street. All kinds of inexpensive places to eat right next door and down both sides of the street. There is also a restaurant right on site that is good and inexpensive. Sundowners great place to talk to local divers about the days activities. Dive Masters at Splash Inn are very personable and well-trained. Always felt safe with them.

All in all our stay was pleasant, especially the staff was superb. The service was beyond expectation and it seemed like they were reading our wishes before we could ask for them. I will stay there again.

Everything was as requested when I booked the room ... Great communication - amazing tentative staff - I really liked how the ocean is literally across the street - Great for divers and very low key - would def. visit again

The room and dive shop at this hotel did not disappoint. First when we check into our room, we were a little skeptical as the room key was rusty and attached to a plastic card. Once we opened the door to our room all our doubts were gone. The room was very clean and spacious. Much better than the room we had the previous night at a different hotel for double the price. The hotel is located on the main strip in West End and about halfway from both ends of the town. The hotel has their own dive shop as well and the instructors are very knowledgeable and assuring for first time divers. Only complaint that I have with the shop is that the gear can use a little updating. Definitely recommend this hotel and dive shop to anyone.

We have visited Roatan twice and stayed here both times. The staff is great, location is perfect and the diving is awesome. If you're not a diver this isn't for you. The night dive here is one of our favorites, seeing the string of pearls. We ate at several different places at West End, and Splash Inn was one of our favorites.

From letting us check in early and check out late, to the staff at the Dive shop and staff at the restaurant everyone went out of their way to make sure you had a great time. We would definitely go back!

Overall it was a great decision for being close to diving and sunsets from the dock, good food, housekeeping was great.

Great stay at splash inn. Room was spotless and for Central America very comfortable. Price as very good as well. Would stay here again without a doubt. Dive center was awesome. Very knowledgable and friendly.

My husband and I just got back from a week at Splash Inn Dive Resort. The rooms were extremely clean and the daily cleaning service was superb. We had coffee every morning in the attached restaurant and several meals through the week as well. The people working the desk, as well as the restaurant were very friendly and eager to please. The dive shop was the best we have ever used. Our dive masters included Mauricimo, Kris and Monique. Safety was stressed on the dives and we weren't rushed to get out of the boat at our sites. They were all fun and eager to show us their favorite sites and were all about customer service. Our equipment was hauled out to the boat and back to the shop after our last dive each day. Once we had our gear rinsed, we were able to leave it there to dry and they staff would have it ready to go out the next morning before our dives. We are hoping to come back in December.

The Splash Inn is a great little hotel suited for divers. There is no pool but you are right across from the ocean so who needs a pool? The staff are friendly and the onsite dive shop is great! Would certainly stay again.

Roatan is a wonderful place and West End area where this hotel is located offers no luxury. Keep that in mind. So this hotel is a little expensive in my opinion. The room was clean, we didn't eat there so we can't give an opinion about the food, but the location is perfect, all the scuba dive shops are near by.

stayed with my 11yr old son here for a total of 4 nights during our 2wks in beautiful Roatan. very nice staff and clean comfortable rooms. BUT it would have been nice to have a small fridge, free thermos of drinkable water or free coffee included.. which is what every other place offered that we stayed at when we were there.

Best location to dive. Walking distance for everything ... Staff need to improve customer service. When I check in was very poor. All the staff need to learn how to say welcome, may I help you, event to say thank you. Food no to bad but not many choices plus expensive. One morning when to have breakfast and took 20 minutes to get my bill with 2 tables...... Ask for small refrigerator for your room ; it help to have drinks cold and food..

We had a great time in Roatan. The Splash Inn is perfect! The location is in the middle of the West End (but nestled off to the side) so we had easy access to dive shops, snorkeling and restaurants.

Perfect to sleep and take a shower. Very well located at the heart of West End, plenty of restaurants, scuba dive centers (the hotel has one) and bars/pubs to take a dream with good music. They give you beach towels, bigs and good quality. Everythins was very clean but with a small humidity smell. Nothing to do there except watch TV (very small and old) or dive. The restaurant was under maintenience, so could not check it.
