Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Price was affordable. Continental outstanding (props to the man who keeps everything full & HOT!!) Right on the trail & gas in the parking lot made for easy riding in/out of the hotel. My ONLY complaint is the hot tub worked the first of 3 nights & none of the rest. After 2 full days of riding the hot tub would have been ideal since that was one of the main reasons for picking a hotel. We made the best of it tho & everything else was great

This place was so great! We came here because there was a pool and we wanted to take our kids (5yrs & 7) on a snowmobile trip. We were so unbelievably impressed with the staff. The hotel was clean, welcoming environment, coffee/tea and hot chocolate when you come in, great breakfast, everything so clean and organized and again, the staff was SO KIND. My kids left some stuff, one was a very important stuffy and Jonna spent over and hour tracking it down, calling house keeping at home asking if they saw it, just another example of how amazing they are, she was great our entire stay. I could go on longer, but you get the picture. Staff gets a 20 out of 10 easily!

When you walked into the first doors there was dog poop that someone kept covering up with a rug instead of actually cleaning up, it was there for 2 days! The lady at the bar was very rude when I asked about mixed drinks as I am not a drinker and just wanted something that tasted good after my day of riding out on the trails. The pool felt dirty, I got out and when I rubbed my leg it felt like dead skin/dirt. The gym could definitely use some more equipment.

We had an EXCELLENT stay at the AmericInn in Silver City. Staff is friendly, clean, generously sized bathrooms, great amenities (we loved the sauna!) and the food in the restaurant was fantastic! We can’t wait to come back for another snowmobile trip!

We got a suite with a jetted tub in the room. The tub would not hold water and kept draining. The hotel fire alarm went off early in the morning and staff said that it just happens sometimes. There was no real breakfast to speak of, they had no eggs or sausage. The staff however was very friendly and polite. The scenery is beautiful and very location is great. I would say the issues are more the owner not investing money to keep the place to standard rather than the staff’s fault.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, they were actually at the front desk and not tucked away in a back office. The room was very clean and spacious. The pool and sauna area was well maintained. WiFi was nice to have as we did not have the best cell coverage in the area. If I were to have a complaint the beds are a little firm for our liking.

A nice comfortable stay. The fire pits on the beach are awesome. Love to watch the northern lights by the beach.
