Land lady not very accommodating

The landlady cancelled the 2nd week of the stay saying that my colleagues had put wet clothes on a radiator and had too many things charging (mobile phones and vapes etc). Terrible excuse really! She was kind enough to refund the 2nd week but left me in a very difficult situation due to the serious lack of accommodation in the area. I ended up paying 4 x the original booking to find accommodation in the area. I would not recommend.
