Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden (fenced), lawn for sunbathing, biotope. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the complex: sauna (extra). Hot tub, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 450 m, bar, bakery 400 m, bus stop "Eibl" 350 m, railway station "Völs" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, bathing lake "Natterer See" 6.4 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, skisport facilities 3.5 km, slopes 3.5 km, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop 250 m, ski school 8.5 km, sled run 500 m, cross country ski track, ice rink 800 m. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Ich habe meinen 60.ten Geburtstag mit Familie und Freunden im Chalet Karin gefeiert. Es war einfach toll im Haus und in der tollen Berglandschaft die Axams und die naheliegenden Berge zu bieten haben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die gemütliche Athmosphäre des Hauses aufgrund der Holzbauweise und des Kamin-Ofens. Im Haus und beim Service durch Fam. Lanner hat es an nichts gefehlt!

Von der Begrüßung bis zur Abfahrt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir fanden ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Umfangreiche Ausstattung ließ es uns an nichts fehlen. Top Ausblick und die Ski Bahnen lassen sich schnell erreichen. Fahrzeit ab 30 min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten schon in 600 Meter. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeber.
