Amazing location-we could literally walk everywhere we wanted or needed to go. Access to hiking/running trails was also perfect. My favorite amenity was the free chairlift ride!! Fantastic. Our contact, Leonie, was incredible!! Highly recommend.

Lovely welcome on arrival from staff. The apartment was ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. It was in immaculate condition and very comfortable. Beautiful view of the mountains and chairlift. We would highly recommend this apartment house.

Hotel is about 10 mins outside of Innsbruck, up a pretty decent mountain pass (construction when we went, so there were long, slow lines of cars behind the work trucks; if you’re not used to driving a manual in the mountains - going straight up hills and having to abruptly stop, downshift, pray you don’t stall the car, etc., be warned; it was a bit hairy but we got the hang of it), but once in the pretty village of Seefeld, this hotel is absolutely worth it. We went during completely dead season (early November, so before skiing), and we were two of maybe six people staying that weekend, and we never saw the others, just their cars. We did however have great communication with the staff, who stayed in contact with us via email and letters. Our check in was later than reception was open but the instructuons from the hotel couldn’t have been clearer, and just like that, we were in our room, cozy and warm. We booked apartment 18 (they are all different, so make sure you book what you need), and that apt. was perfect for a couple: King bed, kitchenette, balcony (shared with other apts, but like I said, we pretty much had the place to ourselves), table and chairs, plenty of closet space and a wonderful bathroom (heated floors! A gorgeous plus we hadn’t expected, but so nice), and tv of course. Plenty of breathing room if you’ve been staying in the cities in close quarters. Location ideal at base of ski hill. Views on fleek! :) Hiking superb, close to all village needs.

Great apartment near Innsbruck. We visited during the summer so there isn’t much around seefeld, during the winter it would be much better since the ski slope and lifts are right next to the apartment.

Granddaughter's Senior Trip

We were looking for a quiet, Hotel, outside of Innsbruck, and chose the appartmenthaus am Gschwantkopf, which turned out to be a great choice. We spent two nights relaxing, in a quaint village of Seefeld, and were able to enjoy a music festival, and spend our days hiking and enjoying the beautiful sights of the Swiss Alps. We were very pleased with our accomodations.

This place is fantastic. I was a little nervous at first because after I booked the room for an extremely cheap price, my hotels.com receipt stated I would be charged almost 1200 euro by hotel upon checking out. But, that is not true, so if you see that, don't be worried. It's just a $25 cleaning fee and small city tax, if I'm correct. But, the room is fantastic, views are great, and the hotel manager, Rene, is awesome.

Appartment near ski lift

We certainly appreciated the roominess of the apartment, with kitchen and living-dining room, which was priced less than a hotel room. The building is literally at the bottom of the ski lift, so it would be very convenient in the winter. We were there in May, and the place was very quiet so we could sit on the balcony undisturbed, with great views on the mountain and village. Seefeld city center is about 5-10 minute walk.

Wonderful spot in the Austrian Alps

Lovely location in the Austrian Alps, right in the village of Seefeld, which is a quaint village with nice shops and good restaurants. The owner of the hotel was very kind and helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped kitchen, great views off the balcony. We are a family of 5 and there were 2 bathrooms and 2 separate bedrooms which is a difficult thing to find in Europe, priced well for what it offered. Free Wifi in the apartment worked well.

Great place

Very friendly staff and a great location right on the ski lift. Ski bus also stops outside to take you to the other hill Roshutte which has more pistes and some great skiing. Lovely town with plenty to do. Would love to return.

Super stay in Austria

This place was great. At the base of the ski slope, a perfect view for watching skiers. We checked in with no snow on the ground, and when we left 2 days later, we had 5 inches. The location was superb, and our drive for the day to Liechtenstein was great. A very good place to stay. Highly recommended.

Wonderful view of the ALPS

It was an amazing apartment! The manager was super friendly! It was off season, for skiing, otherwise it would have been the perfect place for that as well. It has a lift right in the back yard! AMAZING!

Excellent valeur prix qualité !!! Spacieux, Tv satellite écran plat trés grand. Propreté impeccable ! La réceptionniste (Sylvia) était d’une extraordinaire gentillesse et efficacité. Seefeld is a great place to stay

Seefeld is a perfect place to stay visiting the Alps. Trees were blocking the mountain view, but other than that it was fine.
