If you are expecting luxury and refined finishes, this place might not be for you!!

Built in the 60’s, our house has been well loved by our family and kids, rough details are part of what makes this house feel like home for us.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
All trash should be properly sorted and disposed off in the waste containers located outside. PLEASE CHECK THE GREEN BIN IS LOCKED
Double check that the coffee machine, stove, oven and BBQ are turned off.
Put away clean dishes and cookware before leaving. Clean BBQ before checking out. Make sure the fireplace and fire pit are fully out. If anything's still burning, please let us know!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Pet Policy: There is a $75 charge per stay. Failure to disclose pets will result in additional charges through the claims system. No pets on furniture
