Our Cleaning Standards

Between every stay, the condo is thoroughly cleaned, linens, towels and kitchenware are washed, high-touch surfaces (door handles, switches, remotes, counters) are disinfected. Bathrooms and kitchen get a deep clean every turnover. If anything is ever not up to standard, message us and we will fix it.

About Resort Access

Some premium resort amenities (Lake Club, Full Beach Club facilities, fitness centre) are reserved for homeowners only or guests who purchase a Resort Access Package. Registration and payment for the Resort package is required prior to arrival. The boardwalk, marina, shops, restaurants, nature preserve are open at no extra cost.
