Awesome house

Difficulty getting in as our names were not passed on to security at the gate, so we spent about an hour trying to in initially. Once in the house was great, but the cable box was not connected or in service, so we missed the Super Bowl. We were four adults there to golf, so the four bedrooms and the home overall were fantastic! Amazing space, very clean and (once we were admitted initially) communications were great.

A great find!

Amazing place for all age groups! All four bedrooms and the three bathrooms were in excellent condition. The kitchen was well-equipped and functional. The dining table has seating for eight and the views from the living/dining/pool area are very pretty especially before the sun setting as there’s a mountain range far in the back. Our party of seven had plenty of space and the kids/teens had fun playing billiard and the shuffle board. Most of us took a dip in the pool that, unfortunately, I did not ask for getting heated. It’s a pretty nice pool with a relaxing lounge area with a gas BBQ. Shopping is all within 10-15 min driving, but there’s no access to amenities within walking distance - it’s a gated community (aka suburb for city folks). The Living Desert Zoo is always great to visit; the Coachella preserve was nice as well. The gondola was already busy when we got there at 10 am - between Christmas and New Year, tickets probably can still be snapped up at 8 am but we were too late! Good to know for future visits (only some tickets can be bought ahead of time). Overall: A great place to stay!
