I travel more than most, one person at check in. Be patient. Room lights didn’t work, after 5 minutes of trying front desk lady tells me you the key card goes into a wall slot that allows you to use the lights. Then attempted to connect my computer to Guest WiFi to no avail, again front desk, tells me I have to call a number (not provided) and they will send me a code. 6:30 breakfast we witnessed a lady traveling alone with her small dog attempting to get food, was told to leave the area, she reminded them there policy states you can not leave your dog in the room or anyplace unattended, not handled well, sadly a clunky experience from a poorly trained understaffed crew. :-(

Smaller rooms that expected but were clean and very comfortable beds. Shower never got past lukewarm. No turndown service at all and where to get this every second day. Breakfast was disappointing and very small pool. Pictures off Expedia are not what they seem.

I was told there would be quarters provided by the front desk for laundry, there was not. My room was not cleaned when I was there, I called on my 3rd day and asked for accommodations the redhead working the counter was very short with me and not Helpful. Someone came and gave Me more towels and wiped Down the bathroom. Thursday I came back and it still wasn’t cleaned, Fatima switched my room. She was excellent. That’s why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.
