There was odor of natural gas, smoking, and baking in the room and facility. Front desk staff said they couldn’t help until a manger came the following day. We checked out one day early and went to another hotel. Not family friendly at all. I think I should be refunded the second night since we did not stay due to poor quality of the facility.

Wife checked in for us, they said they couldn’t find reservation. There was a misunderstanding due to a prior cancellation. Our reservation was a legitimate one, the complaint is not about the reservation status, but more about how they treated my wife. They made her feel like she was in the wrong, that she was being done a favor by being given the room that we had booked, and that the only reason why that was happening was because they wanted the revenue, and that she had called me and put me on speakerphone. The person working for the hotel could tell that I was ready to stick up for her, and he offered a room that he previously could have given her without all of the drama. Not happy at all with this experience, if you are a husband make sure your wife does not check in by herself because these guys will try to take advantage other good nature.

The pool was closed and the only reason we found out is someone heard us talking to my toddler niece about going swimming. We were offered breakfast vouchers but the breakfast buffet was absolutely horrible with hard as rock eggo waffles, luke warm sausages, and no real fruit options. The elevator was also terrifying and we would have taken the stairs had we’d known where to find them. The room itself was fine.
