I was hugely disappointed after I arrived to the hotel. The outside is a facade to the interior. The photos aren't the same to what was offered. I was too tired to fight late at night as it was for one evening of 8 hours. I had a flight to catch in the morning. No one was at the counter in the morning to ask questions or help to get a taxi to the airport. The room had no soap for the washroom. The water bottles supplied in the fridge were reused bottles and filled again as the seal was already broken. The room was certainly not cleaned or thoroughly done as I noticed a full size peanut on the floor in plain site. The duvet covers are white and not clean in the sense you can see dirt or something smeared on it and wasn't fully clean. The desk was broken on one side. Toilet wouldn't flush by the sensor and was a bit difficult to figure out how to manually.

this hotel is kind of far away from Inch-eon airport and they do not have the transportation service available or very difficult to get one, my impression is the staff there is not honest. I had a 17 hours layover in Incheon, i booked a room of this hotel to stay for one night to be able seeing the sun rise in hotel room, Well, I have to cancel it after i called them and realized i could not get there with airport information Center staffโ€™s help, they agreed my request over the phone, then i chose to stay in another hotel called oceanside, I thought everything would be fine, I was told after I returned back to USA they denied the cancellation request, Do not understand why they did not tell me if they do not want to refund the booking charge, i could take the taxi to this hotel, Very disappointed.

I stayed just for one night in this hotel. It was calm and clean. I surely can recommend it for a longer stay. And in case you need a taxi just go to the little shop in the same building around the corner. The owner of this shop is at the same time a taxi driver.
