This is our normal place to stay when we come to San Diego, but I think it will be our last time. I'll be canceling our reservations for the end of the month. Our check-in and customer service (desk) were great, but two other individuals were awful. Their behavior was rude and disrespectful. I'm not sure if they were new hires or not, but they need some training. A female desk staff member on December 8th with a walker and another female desk staff member on December 10th at 1:18 p.m. were both unkind. You could see the disdain on their faces, as if we were disturbing their day and beneath their help. I'm not saying all the desk staff were like this, but these two were horrible.
